We have more than 15 years of experience in the field of precision machined components. Our

company philosophy is based on quality, on time delivery, flexibility and ability to react quickly due to

the no. of industries we serve as well as our varied customer structure.

The company started in 1991 as a proprietary firm, with sheet metal stamping parts. We entered in to

machining parts business / contract manufacturing in the year 2000.

We are a family owned business. Our company has been headed by next generation, Mr. Shailesh

Khaire (MS, USA – Industrial Engineering) looks after business development & Mr. Nilesh Khaire

(Mechanical Engineering Graduate) looks after operations.

We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified (by TUV Austria) company with a modern machine shop unit (Area

6000 Sq.ft.) in Chinchwad MIDC, Pune. Our expertise is in precision CNC, VMC, Turn-mill machined

components. We manufacture approx. 1, 50,000 nos. of components per month, which is almost 80%

of our production capacity. We have started exporting precision machined parts to Europe (Belgium &

Finland) in 2014. We will cross turnover of INR 45 million by March 2017. Our export market

contributes 8% of our total business.

We are planning to start a second unit in Chinchwad by mid of year

2017. This expansion will provide us the opportunity to be more

flexible to cater various needs of our domestic as well as

international clients.

Machine Shop Facilities

We have variety of machineries to cater the different needs of our customers. We believe in investing

in machineries with new technologies to support growing demands from our clients.

Although our specialty is CNC/VMC machining and other allied operations, we have strong

conventional setup to support preturning operations. We also have a set of mechanical presses up to

50 T capacity, which enable us some exhaust system tube parts which has forming and machining

requirement.

We outsourced plating/coating activities. We have also tie up

with some reputed forging suppliers to cater the need of

stainless steel flanges at competitive costs.

We understand the importance of Deburring and

washing/cleaning of machined parts. We have dedicated a

section for component deburring. We have also implemented

ultrasonic cleaning machine to wash and clean components

before dispatching it to our clients.

QUALITY

Our Business growth has been quality driven over the years. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified

organization. By understanding the future requirements of quality from various customers, “we are

planning to have In-house 3D CMM facility by mid of year 2017”.

We have a separate quality team of engineers headed by a QA Manager. Our team is expert in

conducting PPAP’s, internal audits, Customer audits, 8D/CAPA and rejection analysis. We calibrate all

our instruments PPG, TPG, TRG, RG & other digital instruments from a reputed calibration lab

according to calibration frequency.

PRODUCTS

SENSOR BOSS – Operations include CNC

Turning, Threading & Milling. Application of

these parts are in Exhaust system of automotive

industry. Raw material used is grade SS 304, SS

430 F, SS 316.

PRECISION MACHINED PARTS – Operations

include Forming+Machining CNC 2 lathe, VMC

milling, Conventional slitting, EDM cutting.

These high precision parts (Tolerance up to ±

0.008 mm) are used in defence application by

our client. Raw material used is SS 304,

hardened steel, & Aluminum 6061.

COUPLING RINGS – CNC 2 axis and CNC

Turnmill parts. These are used in different

sizes in connectors for electronics and

industrial application. We make approx. 25

sizes and tyes. Raw material is aluminum.

PLUG & RECEPTACLE SHELLS – Operations include CNC

2 axis, Stamping, Conventinal milling. These are used

in different sizes in connectors for electronics and

industrial application. We make approx. 55 sizes and

types for our client. Raw material used is aluminum.

Exports

We have started exporting machined parts to Europe in 2014. We are exporting precision machined

parts directly to Fomeco NV (Belgium) & Loval Oy (Finland) on FOB as well as CIF basis if required.

We are also in early stage of discussion (RFQ & Cost negotiations) with Knorr Bremse (Hungary &

Russia), BOA Group (Germany) and Tenneco Automotive for their precision machined parts

requirement.

Our export business has been continuously

growing from 0.5% in year 2014 to 8% in year

2016.

We expect our export business to double by year

2018, considering the various prospective clients

we are in discussion with. With understanding this

expansion, we are planning to start a new

machining unit by Mid-2017 dedicated to exports.

We also have separate team for packaging, understanding specific packing requirements of European

clients.

STAINLESS STEEL FLANGES – Operations include CNC 2

axis, VMC milling. These are used in different sizes for

Automotive and industrial application. We have

strong tie up with reputed forging manufacturers who

support us with cost competant forgings as raw

material.
