PROCESS FOR PREPARING CRAFT BEER 1. Must be sterilized the utensils to be used 2. Prepare the ingredients (14 liters of water, 3 kg of barley, 7 grams of lupulo, 6 grams of yeast) 3. Grind the barley malt 4. Cook the barley malt at a temperature of 75°C for two hours 5. Filter the mixture several times with a strainer 6. Add to the mixture the lupulo and boil it for 55 minutes 7. Add to the mixture the yeast 8. Leaving the mixture in the fermenter for eight days 9. Add sugar to the mixture 10. Transfer the mixture to the bottles 11. Save the craft beer in a place protected from light for nine months
