INTRODUCTION Alibaba Group is a family of Internet-based businesses which

makes it easy for anyone to buy or sell online anywhere in the world.

Since its inception, it has developed leading businesses in consumer e-commerce, online payment, business-to-business marketplaces and cloud computing, reaching Internet users in more than 240 countries and regions.

Alibaba Group consists of 25 business units and is focused on fostering the development of an open, collaborative and prosperous e-commerce ecosystem.

transformation, will lead to the loss of existing members, will create the opportunities for competitors, the development of the site will be difficult.

In the approach to IT planning in Alibaba , one major part of the planning process was to make sure the operation expansion was completely supported by a rapidly scalable IT infrastructure that could also manage security challenges.

They introduced a BIG-IP Global Traffic Manager which is able to consistently provide high-quality and secure services to its 24/7 worldwide customer base.
