3XN Architects - BIMhuisEen toneelzaal bevindt zich in de kijker.

Bijvoet en Holt -Stadsschouwburg NijmegenDe kijker staat op kolommen om een door-gang mogelijk te maken.

De vorm geeft richting aan deopenbare ruimte en zorgtervoor dat bezoekers naar deingang geleid worden.Tevens biedt de vorm gele-genheid om twee kijkers temaken om optimaal het uit-zicht te benutten.

Het programma wordt in hethorizontale vlak geordend aande hand van twee symmetrie-assen.

In het verticale vlak wordt hetprogramma aaneengeregendoor twee cilindervormigevides die door lopen tot aanhet dak. Op deze manierworden de werelden van debezoeker en de artiest ook ver-bonden.

De entree van het cafetaria.Uitzicht bij binnenkomst. Doorde vides wordt het mogelijk dehele hoogte van het gebouw teervaren.

Vanuit het cafe kan een blik ge-worpen worden op het waterlangs het theater.

De grote zaal gezien vanuit hetstandpunt van de artiest. Destrookramen bieden gelegenheidom daglicht binnen te laten.
