  • Pre-enrollment written test Helps us in understanding the strength and weakness of the trainees in each area.Test shall be of three parts,Questionnaires on BasicsQuestionnaires on IntermediateQuestionnaires on soft skills (leadership, problem solving, adopting)

    Team leaders are chosen on the basis of test result.

  • Strategy for Lab sessions: Encouraging the trainees to expect a least from the instructors.Let them commit a mistake !Never let the trainees to give upDecision making on the spot.Be ready with more problem statements.

  • Strategy for tests and assignments:Theoretical:MCQ(Multiple Choice Questions)DescriptiveStructuralPractical :System design.Problem solving.Off the class- assignments:Logic oriented problems shall be given twice in a week.

  • For tests and assignments(continued)End of each module:Test has to be taken and assessedRecognization / appreciation, suggestion should be made on one to one basis.

    End of training:Final test has to be takenONLY qualified are assured for immediate placement.Rest ,improvise,Still if any body is left, re-monitor for a month then decide.

  • Apart from technical.On Saturdays,Philosophical approachSkills to be developedRespecting values and relations.Importance of values and relations in corporate.Industry experiences.Exposure.

  • Strategy about feedback..unresolved problems or queries are taken from the trainees at the end of every day.Email-ID is provided to the trainees, where they can send their unresolved problems or queries.Everyday trainers will look in, and make sure that problem is resolved within 48 hours.
