Objectives of Programming Session

Determine level of comfort and areas of applicability for several design and land use themes

Determine overall character for development types

Determine design direction for streetscape enhancements and amenities

Determine level of investment desired by the community

Not all themes will be applicable in all areas. Not all areas will have the same character.
