Usos: bem parecido com o Present Perfect - para descrever

1- ações que começaram no passado e ainda acontecem repetidamente. (I have been writing a book)

2- ações que já aconteceram mas tem efeitos no presente. (She has been running so she´s tired – ela esteve correndo, então está cansada)

3 – para enfatizar o tempo no qual uma ação está progredindo (He has been learning English for 10 years)

A diferença:

• Present Perfect• HAVE, HAS + III• I have studied

Obs: nunca usar o present perfect continuous quando for mencionado o número de vezes que uma ação foi

feita. Nesse caso, usar o present perfect.

• Ex: I have visited london 3 times. • Present Perfect (eu visitei Londres 3 vezes)

• She has watched that movie 6 times!!!

Regra: consoante-vogal-consoante

• Se um verbo terminar em CVC, antes de colocar o ING, deve-se dobrar a última consoante.
