BEFORE YOU ORDER

BEVERAGE ORDERINGIn-suite beverage service is provided from a built-in bar and refrigerator,

which can be fully stocked with your choice of well known, brand name

products. As an Executive Suite Holder, we recommend that you establish

a standard par inventory of beverages for use in the suite. We will restock

your inventory at the end of the event. Additionally you can order à la

carte from our beverage menu provided.

Please be aware that according to the British Columbia Liquor Control

and Licensing Board (BCLCLB) and the policies of Rogers Arena, no

alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from the suite

except by Executive Suite catering services personnel.

If you require your liquor cabinet or fridges locked/unlocked for

a specific event, please indicate this on your pre-order menu.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

ADVANCE ORDERING • Most extensive menu selection

• Must be received by 5pm two business days prior to the event

you are attending

• For Saturday, Sunday and Monday events your order must be

placed by 5pm the Thursday before

EVENT DAY MENU • Limited menu selection

• Special menu to be used after the pre-order deadline

(48 hours out, you will only be able to order event day items)

• Pre-orders for same day events must be received by 10:00am

on event day

If you have not placed your order by 10:00am on event day you will

be able to order from your in suite menu on arrival.

Please note that delivery priority is given to suites that have placed

a pre-order.

CANCELLATIONSShould you find it necessary to cancel your suite order, please email [email protected] or call at 604-899-7557. A minimum of 48 hours

notice is required in advance of the event to ensure that no charges will be

incurred.

FOOD SAFETY & ALLERGY AWARENESSConsuming raw meat, seafood, or shellfish may lead to foodborne illness.

Cold and hot food items displayed in your suite will be removed in a

timely manner to prevent the potential risk of jeopardizing food safety.

Should you or any of your guests have an allergy to any food item, please

ensure you inform the Suite Department upon placing your order. This

will allow us to take the utmost precaution in serving you and your

guests. It is not permissible for guests to bring or remove food to or

from the suite. Any food products brought into the suite without prior

authorization will be charged to the suite holder at our normal retail

BILLING

PAYMENT METHODS • Direct billing to a credit card on file processed on the event date

• Credit card provided by host on event completion

• COD

In order that we may present your bill just prior to the end of an event,

your Suite Attendant will ask for your final beverage order 10 minutes

into the third period for hockey and 30 minutes prior to the anticipated

end of all other events. If you or your suite guests wish to continue

service up to the end of an event or past the end of an event, please

let your Suite Attendant know and we will be more than happy to

accommodate you. However, please be aware that all suites are to be

vacated 30 minutes after the end of an event in accordance with the

Rogers Arena policy.

DEDICATED SUITE ATTENDANTShould you wish to have a dedicated suite attendant,

a fee of $75 will apply.

SERVICE CHARGESA 18% service charge is automatically added to your bill.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE

We look forward to your visit to Rogers Arena and remind you that

your suite attendant has the right to refuse alcohol service to minors

and intoxicated guests. For your safety and enjoyment, the Laws of

British Columbia regarding the service of alcoholic beverages will be

strictly upheld by Rogers Arena. To maintain compliance with rules and

regulations set forth by the Province of British Columbia, we ask that you

adhere

to the following:

1. Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into or taken out of Rogers

Arena.

2. It is the responsibility of the Suite Holder, or their representative, to

monitor and control alcohol consumption within the suite.

3. Minors (those under the age of 19), by law, are not permitted to

consume alcoholic beverages.

4. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to an obviously

intoxicated person.

5. Suite Holders are not permitted to take cans, bottles or glasses

outside the suite area. Drinks taken outside the suite must be

poured into a disposable cup.

6. Provincial Liquor Inspectors reserve the right to enter the suite for

the purpose of inspection.

7. For suites without a par-restocking agreement, Canucks Sports &

Entertainment reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to dispose

of any unconsumed or unopened food and beverages at the end of

each event and to restock items for subsequent events and credit

will not be given for any such items.
