Arceus Event

You’ll need an Action Replay or you’ll have to go to an Nintendo Event to get this Pokemon.

If you have Action Replay, you need to press L+R while walking into a Pokemart. There’ll be a man in green. Talk to him and he’ll hand you the Azure Flute.

There’ll be a man in green. Talk to him and he’ll hand you the Azure Flute. Take it to the top Of Mount Coronet. Once there, you’ll be asked if you want to use it. Say yes and then it’ll start playing some weird music. Afterwards, a long staircase will appear.

Save just in case. Then walk up it and Arceus will be at the top. He can be a little tough but try to use a Pokemon with a good Special Defense. Then just keep throwing Ultra balls or Time balls, unless you have a Master Ball, then it’ll be a good time to use it.

You have to have the Azure flute to get here, so don’t try walking here with the walk/run through anything cheat.

Shaymin Event

Same as Arceus and Darkrai, You can only get this Pokemon by using Action Replay or at an Nintendo Event. Also, use must press L+R while walking into the Pokemart and talk to the guy in green if you’re using an Action Replay. This time you’ll get Oak’s Letter.

Go to the north-east, end of Route 224. There should be a grey rock with writing on it, with or without Oak’s letter.

If you don’t want to put in the “Shaymin Event” code, then use the action replay to walk through the water. Go straight from the grey rock. You should see Shaymin. Ignore at and get on your bike. Pedal straight up the flower path behind it. Eventually you’ll come up a hill and see a second Shaymin (like as shown here).

Save first! Press A near it and you’ll get in a fight with it. It knows only grass moves so a fire type would be good.

Without Oak’s Letter:

With Oak’s Letter

If you have Oak’s letter, than oak should be by the grey rock. Talk to him, and he’ll start a speech. He’ll eventually ask you who you’d like to thank for getting there. It doesn’t matter what you say. Either way, the ground will be covered in flowers and Shaymin will appear. It’ll run away, so follow it on you’re bike.

You’ll have to go straight from the grey rock. Follow the flower path until you reach it, as shown here. Save, and press A near it.

It knows only grass moves so bring a fire type. Just don’t kill it.

Darkrai Event

For Darkrai, do the same with the first three cheat codes. I’ve heard rumors about being able to catch him without an Action Replay, but I haven’t confirmed it. You can also walk there using the Walk/Run through anything cheat.

With Member’s pass

Go into the Pokemart while pressing L+R and talk to the guy in green. He’ll give the Member’s Pass. After that go to Canalave City. At the far northeast of town, you’ll find the Inn. The Member’s Pass should allow access into it. I tried and it didn’t work. I just walked there, but I’ve seen people get into the Inn.

After you get in, talk to the guy there, and he’ll put you to sleep. When you wake up, you’ll be on Newmoon Island. Take the only passage and walk into the forest. Darkrai will be there. Save, then press A near him and you’ll get in a battle. He has really good, dark moves so be prepared.

Also bring a few Timer balls, just in case.

Without Member’s Pass.

First go to Iron Island, using the ferry (boat) in Canalave. Then use Action Replay to walk from the north-west exit of the cave and go straight. When you reach the boarder for the water, go right. Use the Pok’etch app. to see where you are. Go two routes to the right from the edge of the water (you’ll see the blinking square on the map move to the right twice. Once you did that, go up until you get to the water again. Then keep going north-east until you hit an intersection in the water, turn right and you’ll find the island. Go onto it and into the forest inside it to meet Darkrai, as shown here. Save and Press A near him. You know the rest.

After battling him the island will appear on your map.

Manaphy and Phione Event

You can only get Manaphy by transferring it from Pokemon Ranger, or by using Action Replay, or by getting it, via Nintendo Event.

For Action Replay, go into the Pokemart while pressing L+R and then talk to the guy in green. He’ll hand you the egg with Manaphy in it. Hatch Manaphy and breed it with ditto to get Phione. You can’t evolve Phione though.

Non-Action Replay Pokemon

You don’t need action replay to catch these. All you need is the game itself.

Giratina

To meet him, you must have completed the Pokedex and defeated the Sinnoh champion.

(I advise that you bring a Pokemon that knows rock climb, Defog, and Rock Smash, as well as several Max repels)

Once you’ve done that go to Veilstone City. Go south to route 214. Stay on the farthest right path. Keep going down till you find and opening, then go into it.

You’ll appear in Spring Path. Use Max Repel and go to the north-east. You’ll see some rocks to climb up. Use Rock Climb. Then go around the lake to the other side and use Rock Climb. Then go into the cave known as Turnback Cave.

Use Defog and go forward. Press A on the rock with writing. It should say “…Past three pillars… offer up… to the… before 30 is surpassed…” Ignore it and go through the door at the top-north. Keep going north until you reach a room with a pillar with “1 4” written on it. Go north around it.

Just as a side note, the floor is made up of a massive amount of unknown. I also heard that you need Mesprit, Uxie and Azelf with you to meet it. I don’t know about that though.

Keep going north until you find a pillar with “2 8” written on it. Keep going north until you reach a third pillar with “3 13” written on it. Go north and there’s Girantina. Battle him and he’ll drop an item. I don’t know what it is though. I think it’s the spooky plate. I’m not sure. Go straight north to leave.

Heatran

First things first, go to stark mountain. Buck should’ve been near the entrance and says he’ll race you to the magma stone. Anyway, go into it and use rock smash and strength. When you get the first boulder out of the way, go right, up the stairs, left, up again, left, down, left, up, use rock smash and then go up, and through the door.

Go straight and talk to buck. He’ll tell you he wants to join up so now you have a partner. Then go left, down, use rock climb, go straight, rock climb three times, battle the Ace trainers. They’re pretty tough so beware. Use Rock climb and go through the door. Buck will run up to the stone and take it away. Leave the cave and go to the survival area.

Go into the building on the left of the Pokecenter. Buck will be there talking. He’ll be there talking to his grandpa and then he’ll leave. Follow him to Stark Mountain, where he took the stone. Instead of him being there, Heatran will be there.

It can be a boy or a girl. Even though you can’t breed them for some reason.

It’s only there once, although, I found two in the same spot at different times, after only doing everything once.

Cresselia

Cresselia is basically the opposite of Darkrai. It’s found on Fullmoon island, directly to the left of Newmoon Island. To go there by boat, go to Canalave and go into the house next to the guy with the boat who takes you to Iron Island. The guy’s son will be asleep in the bed. Talk to the son and then to the father. He’ll say something about the Lunar Wing and then he’ll take you to Fullmoon Island. Go into the forest there and you’ll find Cresselia. Talk to here and she flee, dropping the Lunar Wing.

She can be found in the wild, like Mesprit. Talk to the Sailor’s son and give him the Lunar Wing. He’ll wake up and the Mother will reward you, I think. Cresselia may flea if fought so try to catch it quickly or use Mean look or Destiny Bond.

Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie

After beating/running/catching Palkia or Dialga, you are enabled to return to the three lakes and catch Mesprit, Azelf, and Uxie. Mesprit will flee when talked to, but you can catch it in the wild. The other two will just fight you without fleeing.

The best way to find Mesprit is to get the Map Pok'etch app. Then go to the boarder of a route and a town, like Solaceon and route 210. Run back and forth between them. Eventually Mesprit will be in the same route as you. Then just look in the grass for it. You need surf to get them.

They seem like they’re related to Mew.

Regigigas

You need Registeel, Regice, and Regirock to get him. Bring the three Regis to the temple in northern Snowpoint City after beating the game. Use max repel when you get in. Go down the stairs until you reach the final floor. Make you’re way across the ice and to Regigigas. Talk to him and it’ll start to move, then it’ll battle you. It’s pretty slow but has some good moves.

Unown

Go the north-east passage in Solaceon town. There’ll be to way’s you can go: Down the middle, down the right, or down the left. Go down the far right and you’ll reach a cave. Go in. Depending where you are, there’ll be different unowns you can find. The wall with writing tells you which way to go to find the ! And ? Unown.
