1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2012 entitled "Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of Gradesi to 10 of the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) Effective SY 2012-2013", the 4th Division HIMAMAT Class Observation shall be conducted comes October 16, 2018 at Remedios Saplala Elementary School, Matti, Digos City.

3. In as much that School Heads, PSDS and EPS have just finished the Training on K to 12 Curriculum Delivery, it is expected that application of learning from the said training shall be made evident in this HIMAMAT. Thus, technical assistance to teachers as to the following is hoped to be provided: contextual ization, and use of thematic approach, integration, constructivism, differentiated activities, and development of HOTS.

4. School Heads, PSDS and EPS are also reminded to review thoroughly the PPST-COT as the tool used in observing classes to strengthen their understanding on connections between the+k ('C'iT +k iy' +k Fpr r+Ir.d V + 1') Trr,.rr,

5. Likewise, it is expected that EPS, PSDS and School Heads will attend the flag ceremony and bring their respective "baon" for lunch.

6. Travel expenses relative to the conduct of the said activity are chargeable against division/school MOQE funds subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
