INTRODUCTION
Cell replication is one of the most important process and it has a huge
intervention in many disease. An error in cell replication can be
catastrophic.
Many researches are towards investigating cell replication because if they know enough information about it, it will be possible to alter it in a positive way and help in many disease
Silencing inhibitor of cell replication spurs insulin-producing beta cells to reproduce
Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania January 16 2014
Scientist have studied patients with hyperinsulinisim of infancy and tried to relate it in diabetic patients (type 1 and 2) looking for a way to stimulate pancreatic beta cells.

Is a protein in charge of cell-cycle inhibition in pancreatic beta cells. Babies born with hyperinsulinemia don't have P57 active in all cells

In the research scientist discovered that if they inhibit P57 on a diabetic patient cell and infect the cells in a diabetic mouse, there will be an amount in the production on insulin

The study proved the possibility of altering the replication process and inhibiting P57 in mice, the next step is being able to get the same effect in humans.

Personal comment
I find this research very encouraging for future investigations, if it is correct and possible to alter P57 replication and stimulate insulin
production we would be speaking of a cure to diabetes. It would mean a huge discovery for
mankind and it would improve the life of many patients suffering this disease
Persistent HIV replication associated with lower drug concentrations in lymphatic tissues
University of Minnesota Academic Health Center January 22 2014
Currently there are a big amount of medication for treating specific illness. In the investigation scientist expose that even thought the medication used in treating HIV is efficient because patients live longer it doesn't have a complete effect.

In the investigation, it is explained that some medication used in HIV treatment is not working completely. Even though blood concentrations of this drug are high, when scientist looked for drug concentration in lymph tissue it was low.

The fact that Lymph tissue concentrations are low mean that the cells in this tissue don't have enough medication to stop cell replication completely, so the treatment is ineffective.

This study will also affect some pharmaceutical business, because it encourages them to create medication that is actually penetrating the important zones were there biggest amount of HIV cells are.
Personal comment
There is a huge importance and medical utility in news as this. The discoveries made open many doors in HIV treatment and will mean a huge benefit for patients and families involved in this disease.
This study also motivates other studies which can deepen in cell replication not only to boost treatments but to look for alternative cures.
Medical utility
All investigations which have as a purpose to search for new treatment, improve old treatment or look for possible cures are always going to be extremely useful articles, not only for patients but to families and all mankind.
Medical utility
As it is exposed in the articles, the discoveries made in both investigations can lead to more effective treatment and even to the production of a possible cure.
It will be necessary to do many more investigations, especially towards cell replication because it represents one of the most important factors in diagnosis, treatment and cure.
Medical utility
The discoveries in HIV treatment will lead to a whole new perspective. Pharmaceutical business will change some components from the treatment and make it more permeable in cells. If they conquer a medication that can enter easily in infected cells the efficacy of the treatment will be bigger.
Medical utility
The possibility to try to cure diabetes is something beyond imaginable. And what is even more astonishing is the possibility of changing patient´s own cells.
To be able to speak of a cure in diabetes means that 347 million´s peoples lives will be changed (OMS).
