INTRODUCTION

Using molecular biology techniques, can be extrapolated to the field of medicine to find different solutions and develop clinical disease solutions.

The use of enzymes chaperones appears to be an important option in treating of various diseases like cancer, which alter key cell cycle proteins.

A chaperone system guides tail-anchored membrane proteins to

their destined membrane: Biology & Nature:  Tuesday, July 5, 2011.

The acquisition of three-dimensional structure of proteins needed interveci of chaperones that can give the correct folding and subsequent to, the protein can be incorporated into the cell membrane.

In my opinion, I believe that progress in these studies could help us develop strategies to Protein Biotechnology, so we can prevent diseases that can kill unborn.

Faulty DNA repair due to Pol eta deficiency is responsible for the genetic disease xeroderma pigmentosum-variant, which makes patients extremely susceptible to skin cancers caused by exposure to sunlight.

According to Vaziri, the dual role that Cdc7 plays in the cell lifecycle and DNA repair offers a promising target for potential cancer therapies.

I think the use of enzymes chaperones in therapy against cancer is very promising for all the utility that would imply the treatment of this disease. However and in spite of the evidence for further research is needed on the subject for best drill results .

The utility of the chaperone proteins in the clinic is still unknown and therefore it is necessary to delve into the mechanisms which are involve. It remains to investigate such important areas as prion diseases and hereditary diseases.
