WHO, WHAT, WHEN WHO: Project managers who oversee the project. Any additional

subcontractors/engineers that are in charge of deficiency item corrections can be added to the contact list.

WHAT: The PlantSight database is the source of data for reporting status of deficiency items during the project. It provides real time information tied to the deficiency items such as equipment tags, photos, and comments for greater quality and quicker resolution resulting in cost control.

WHEN: The punch list report can be sent out at any given time from the web application with internet access. The report is generated and attached to an email. The email with the report is then sent to specified personnel .
