2017 at 1130AM in the Conference Hall 1st Floor Gananka Bhavan Directorate of
Economics and Statistics Khairatabad Hyderabad
At the outset the Add Director General amp M~mber Secretary has welcomed the Chairman
and all the Members of the Governing Body who have attended the meeting (list enclosed)
and requested thp chair to conduct the proceedings rollowing i~ the agenda item wise
record of discussion and the decisions made
Agenda Item No 01 Confirmation of the minutes of 22nd Governing Body Meeting held on
02042016
Add Director General has read out the minutes of the nnd Governing Body meeting held on
02042016 and the Governing Body has confirmed the minutes of the said meeting as there
were no remarks on the same
02 Action taken report on decisions taken in the 22nd Governing Body Meeting
The action taken on the Minutes of the 22nd Governing Body meeting were reviewfd
03 Review of important activities of TRAC for the Financial Year 2016-17
Add Director GenerJI has given a detailed pre~entation on the current on-going projects and
the projects proposed to be carried out in the next Financial Year The members appreciated
the work hping carried out by TRIC pJrticularly the significant increase in the number of
projects and activities which include re-organisation of districts establishment of Regional
Centres etc during the current Financial Year 2016-17
04 Extension of tenure of contract employees
Add Director General has informed the Governing Body that 85 employees are there in
TRAC working on yearly contract basis who had joined erstwhile APSRAC and are continuing
in TRAC after bifurcation of the State The tenure of these contract employees is being
extended on annual basis on the same terms and conditions of the original contract The
present tenure j~ guing to be completed on 31122017 The Governing Body ratified the

cunditions 31122017 subject to satisfactory performance

Certain amendments to laws are proposed for obtaining Income Tax exemption
un Section 12 A
It is Income Tax Consultant to make following Amendments to our
byelaws to enable us to Income Tax exemption for our organ under Section
12-A The Amendments as fol
