1. The Screening Committee constituted vide G.O. 1s cited have recommended

the fit and eligible Assistant Executive Engineers for Adhoc promotions to the post of

Deputy Executive Engineers duly verifying personal files of the individuals etc,.

2. Under Rule 10 (a) of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the

Assistant Executive Engineers mentioned in the Annexure of this office proceedings

are hereby promoted and posted as Deputy Executive Engineer in the place mentioned

against their name in the existing vacancy in the scale of pay Rs.42490-1190-46060-

1270-49870-1360-53950-1460-58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-

78910-2020-84970-2160-91450-2330-96110.

3. The Adhoc promotion ordered above is subject to the directions/out come of

OAsWPs/WAs/RPs/CAs/SLPs etc., if any pending before the Hon'ble Courts., and the

same will be reviewed after finalization of the seniority issues.

4. They are also informed that, their adhoc promotion as Deputy Executive

Engineer is purely temporary and subject to review/revisions at any time without notice

and without assigning any reasons there-for. Their Adhoc promotion as Deputy

Executive Engineer does not confer any right what so ever for claiming regular

promotion as Deputy Executive Engineer and it is also subject to review on the basis of

out come of RPs/OAs/WPs/SLPs and appeals if any pending in the seniority issues.

5. As per rule 11 (b) of A.P.S & SS Rules, 1996 substituted in G.o.Ms.No. 145,

G.A. (Ser.D) Dept. Dt. 15-06-04, he / she should assume charge as Deputy Executive

Engineer within 15 days from the date of this order. If he/she does not assume charge

(P.T.O.)

as Deputy Executive Engineer within in the stipulated period of 15 days OR evades to

join duty in the new post by proceeding on leave or by any other reason, he/she shall

forego promotion as right offer, for a period one year and his/her name shall be

considered for Deputy Executive Engineer promotion again only after a period of one

year from the date of offer of appointment, subject to availability of vacancy

The Unit/Circle Officer concerned shall take necessary further action in the

matter accordingly.
