TRANSCRIPT
PurposeA pitch deck is a tool to get investors excited about funding your business. The best way to do that is to share your vision and passion for the product or solution you’ve developed.
Your deck doesn’t need to answer every possible question. Rather, it should give investors a clear understanding of your product or solution, and some basic information about the business opportunity.

Best Practices
CHALLENGE 2030Tomorrow’s Innovators Tackle Today’s Grand Challenges
• Keep it brief: no more than 10–15 slides
• Tell a story people can relate to
• Use data or evidence to support your story, but don’t make it the focus
• Use visuals whenever possible
• Avoid slides with lots of text—use 20-point font or more
• Use bullet points instead of long sentences
• Your deck should be able to stand on its own, without your presentation
