Imagination of conducting the class/presentation as if it were a live session. This exercise is best suited at night before sleep and in the morning, with prior deep breathing exercise.
Mirror Practise Preparing your scripts and then in front of
the mirror, practising a session. Mirror reflects your image and you can best judge your guestures, body languages. Etc.
