We are also individuals. Each of us responsible for our own thoughts, actions, enlightenment and joy.The ten worlds

I thought some people might be interested in some definitions from Buddhism which are some I have found useful in daily life.

THE TEN WORLDS OR BASIC LIFE CONDITIONS

These are the life conditions or ten worlds which expand into the three thousand worlds in momentary existence through mutual possession and factors of time and place. These are the basic emotional ,mental and spiritual states that humans experience from moment to moment in life. Each world can contain elements of the others ( mutual possession) and it is rare to be entirely in one "world" at any one time. Though most people are mainly in one basic life condition at any given time. These are conditions of daily life rather than external conditions. They are:

HELL: All conditions of suffering and despair. In this state, we are utterly devoid of freedom and undergo extreme and indescribable suffering.

HUNGER: Consumed by desire and sense of lack, Hunger is a state characterized by an insatiable desire. In this state, a person is tormented by relentless craving and by his inability to satisfy it.

INSTINCT ( ANIMALITY) The state of Animality is governed by instinct, and one has no sense of reason or morality. A person in the state of Animality is in fear of the strong, but despises and preys upon those weaker than himself. One is dominated by a selfish ego. A person in this state is compelled by the need to be superior to others in all things, despising others and valuing himself alone.

ANGER The fourth world is ANGER. All aspects of anger, hostility and rage from whatever motivation and whether directed to others or to oneself. This world also can involve striving for power and domination.

These four states are collectively called the Four lower worlds

HUMANITY / TRANQUILITY OR MUNDANE WORLD The fifth world is the normal basic state of neutral humanness. In this state, one can pass fair judgment, control his instinctive desires with reason, and act in harmony with his environment or society.

RAPTURE The sixth world is HEAVEN or RAPTURE.

This state indicates the sense of pleasure and ecstasy which one feels when desire is fulfilled. However, the joy in this state is temporary and disappears with the passage of time or with even a slight change in circumstances. It is said that the fastest and shortest road to Hell (suffering) is from Rapture.

These six worlds from Hell through Heaven, are where The majority of people spend most of their time. Moving back and forth among them. In these states, one is governed by reactions to external influences and is therefore extremely vulnerable to changing circumstances.

LEARNING the seventh world. Learning is a condition that seeks some lasting truth. Generally one enters this life condition after pursuing the truth of life through the teachings of others.

This life condition is relatively free from avarice, anger, stupidity, arrogance and doubt, as well as from bias or depravity. However, a selfish or arrogant mind, although hidden, is still present to some extent in this life condition.

REALIZATION the eighth world.

It is a condition in which one seeks some lasting truth through their own observations and effort. One attains a degree of emancipation by perceiving the chain of causation, or by observing the natural order. In other words, he understands cause and effect as the nature of life in the universe. Because this is a life condition a reached upon discovering the truth in the universe, after much effort, the sense of fulfillment felt in this state may be deeper than that gained in the World of Learning.

Realization as well as Learning can often turn into arrogance, because people in these life conditions become stubbornly attached to their own realization with its limited perspective. Learning and Realization are called the two vehicles. The defect of the two vehicles lies in the fact that persons in these states may primarily seek only their own salvation and enlightenment.

BODHISATTVA or COMPASSIONATE ALTRUISM The ninth world. In this state, one aspires to enlightenment and also devotes themselves to compassionate actions and dedication to altruism. Those in this state dwell among common mortals of the Six Paths humbly, while respecting others. They draw evil to themselves and give benefit to others. This life condition is characterized by the great desire to extend help to those who are suffering.

BUDDHAHOOD, Enlightenment or ACTUALIZATION The tenth world

This is the highest life condition in all of the Ten Worlds. It is a state of perfect and absolute freedom, in which one enjoys boundless wisdom and compassion, and is filled with the courage and power to overcome all hardships. This is the condition which underlies the rich, altruistic activities of the Bodhisattva, in which one takes the sufferings of others as his own and defies all obstacles to help others change their destiny. by demonstrating how to help people call up their own Buddhahood from within themselves.

-- The elements of cause and effect which is basic to universal phenomena or Karma are: the aspect (appearance), the nature, the entity, the power, the action, the cause , the relationship, the effect , the reward (or result) and the consistency from beginning to end .

The Seven Huna Principles From URBAN SHAMAN by Serge King, 1990 used with permission from Aloha international

IKE- Awareness, The World is what you think it is (everything is a dream, all systems are arbitrary)

Positive thoughts attract positive people and events, and negative thoughts attract negative people and events. Corollary: Everything is a dream Dreams are real and reality is a dream. The only test we use for a reality check is whether or not someone else experiences it. Hallucination means "your dream doesnt match my dream." "Reality" to a shaman is a mass hallucination, or a shared dream. If this life is a dream and if we can wake up fully within it, then we can change the dream by changing our dreaming.

Corollary: All systems are arbitrary All meanings are made up and the Absolute Truth is whatever you decide it is.What matters is how well the system works for you, not how true it is. (which is an arbitrary concept).

KALA - Freedom, There are no Limits (everthing is connected, separation is a useful illusion) clearing We experience two kinds of limitations: creative and filtered.Creative limitation assumes the purposeful establishment of limits within an infinite universe in order to create particular experiences, made by God or our own Higher Selves. These enable us to experience life as humans on Earth (to play by that particular set of rules - breaking the rules changes to another game). Filtered limitations are imposed by ideas and beliefs that inhibit creativity rather than enhance it, like beliefs that engender hopelessness, helplessness, revenge and cruelty. They generate focus without the potential for positive action.

Corollary: Everything is connected The usual metaphor is a web of interdependence.

Corollary: Anything is possible All you have to do is believe. However, because you are not alone in the Universe, the degree to which something can be shared depends on the beliefs of others around you.

Corollary: Separation is a useful illusion Pure empathy makes you as helpless as the one suffering. Fear make you lose sight of your role as dreamweaver.

MAKIA- Concentration ,Energy Flows where attention goes (everthing is energy) focusing

Meditation and hypnosis are simply different techniques for doing the same thing - refocusing your attention toward more positive beliefs and expectations. As states, both are identical conditions of sustained focused attention. Those aspects of your present experience which seem enduring are the effect of habitual sustained focused attention carried on by your subconscious.

Corollary: Attention goes where energy flows Attention is attracted to all kinds of high energy intensity.

Corollary: Everything is energyThought is energy and one kind of energy can be converted into another kind of energy.

MANAWA- Persistence, Now is the moment of power

(Everthing is relative, power increases with sensory attention) presence

Karma exists and operates only in the present moment. It is your beliefs, decisions, and actions today about yourself and the world around you that give you what you have and make you what you are. Thanks to memory we may carry over habits of body and mind from day to day, but each day is a new creation and any habit can be changed at any present moment - even if it isnt easy.

You select out of the immense resources of your gene pool those characteristics that best reflect your present beliefs and intentions. Your parents/social background have nothing to do with your present, but what you believe about them now and how you react to those beliefs does.

Corollary: Everything is relative You define "now" based on your focus (second, hour, year, lifetime).

Corollary: Power increases with sensory attention Many people living today arent even here - most of their attention is focused on the past or the future. To the degree they diminish their awareness of the present moment, their power and effectiveness in the present also decreases.

ALOHA- Love, To love is to be happy with (Love increases as judgment decreases, Everything is alive, aware, and responsive)blessing Love exists to the degree that you are happy with the object of your love. The unhappy part comes from fear, anger and doubt. To be deeply in love means to be deeply connected, and the depth and clarity of the connection increases as fear, anger and doubt are removed.

Corollary: Love increases as judgment decreases Criticism kills relationships; praise builds and rebuilds them. When you give praise you reinforce the good and it grows. When you criticize you reinforce the bad and it grows.

Corollary: Everything is alive, aware and responsive Your subconscious takes any praise or criticisms it hears to heart, even if its directed elsewhere, even if youre saying it. Each criticism separates you from and decreases your awareness of what you criticize, until you end up responding to a secondary creation of your own that may no longer resemble the original. When someone criticizes you, praise yourself to counteract it.

MANA - Confidence, All Power comes from within

(everthing has power, power comes from authority) empowering

For every event that you experience you creatively attract it through your beliefs, desires, fears and expectations, and then react to it habitually or respond to it consciously. This does not mean that you are to blame for your abuse or injury, because you were probably not conscious of your negative beliefs, attitudes and expectations. It also does not mean the other person is innocent.

Corollary: Everything has power

You do not have ALL the power in the world - everyone has the same power.

The good news - you can work with these powers.

Corollary: Power comes from authorityConfident authority is the key to conscious creation.

PONO - Wisdom Effectivness is the measure of truth (there is always another way to do anything, the means determines the end) dreamweaving

The means determine the end, not the ends justify the means. What is really important is what works.

Corollary: There is always another way to do anything Every problem has more than one solution. If the goal is important, you should never give up, just change your approach.

The Hermetic Laws are from Esoteric teachings and are one set of explanations for "how It All works" here is a standard set of the Hermetic Laws. These are often attributed to Thoth and are found in the Alice Bailey Teachings and various Mystery schools . HERMETIC LAWS

1. The Law of Mentalism: The Universe is mental. We exist in the mind of the All. That part of us which is deity makes up the world and everything in it. ''The All Is Mind; The Universe Is Mental.''

2. The Law of Correspondence: We exist in all planes, astral as well as physical. Or rather planes independent of the physical. ''As Above, So Below; As Below, So Above."

3. The Law of Vibration: Everything is in motion and vibrates with its own rate of the vibration. ''Nothing Rests; Everything Moves; Everything Vibrates''

4. The Law of Polarity: Polarity = Power. All things are dual, everything contains its opposite.''Everything Is Dual; Everything Has Its Pair Of Opposites; Like And Unlike Are The Same; Opposites Are Identical In Nature, But Different In Degree; Extremes Meet; All Truths Are But Half Truths ; All Paradoxes May Be Reconciled.''

5. The Law of Rhythm: All things are in some way circular, spiral, cyclic, and in order to function the best way, you must adapt to live in harmony with natural rhythms. ''Everything Flows Out And In; Everything Has Its Tides; All Things Rise And Fall; The Pendulum Swing Manifests In Everything. The Measure Of The Swing To The Right Is The Measure Of The Swing To The Left; Ryththm Compensates''

6. The Law of Gender: The law of polarity, applied. Everything has both masculine and feminine components and energies. ''Gender Is In Everything; Everything Has Its Masculine And Feminine Principle; ''Gender Manifests On All Planes.

7. The Law of Cause and Effect: There are no coincidences, nothing happens by chance. Everything is a cycle. For every effect, there is a cause, and every cause is an effect in something else. ''Every Cause Has Its Effect; Every Effect Has Its Cause; Everything Happens According To The Law; Chance Is A Name For The Law Not Recognized; The Are Many Planes Of Causation, But Nothing Escapes The Law.''

(comments from Peggy Jentoft )Other esoteric traditions such as Huna and Taoism and Buddhism have simular but not identical expressions of mystic or universal laws. Personally I have come to favor a nonduelistic view over strict polarity. Rather than seeing everything in terms of polar opposites Everything contains a balance of the qualities dark and light for example are different aspect of a whole thing one cannot exist without the other. The principle of yin and yang is perhaps an easier to grasp explanation of several of these same principles . I also like the concept of Myo-Ho which while encompassing these same ideas of polaritiy and gender reminds us that these qualities are inseperatable from the whole and that everything is interconnected . Seven Huna Principles UNIVERSAL LAWS

Connection to, and application of each one of these laws, is connection to power. All which requires our awareness is manifested and resolved through these laws.

Universal Law of Grace

God Source hears and answers all prayers for the highest good. in divine order, in divine timing and in accordance with Divine Plan.

Power of Grace - Ask and ye shall receive. I AM eternally held within the Grace of God's Heart.

Universal Law of Love

Love is the essence, the glue and the fabric of all that is and is the energy that moves through all.

Power of Love - Love heals and restores all. I AM the power of Love.

Universal Law of ForgivenessForgiveness is the energy that opens the heart to its flow, and expression of Unconditional love and compassion.

Power of Forgiveness - All that has forgiveness placed on it is restored to love. I AM the power of forgiveness creating resolution, harmony and peace.

Universal Law of Truth

Truth exists in everything as the higher awareness of God.

Power of Truth - Truth rises to the surface of all situations as one loves all karmic creations free. Truth is received as higher learnings, realizations. I AM the power of connection to Truth

Universal Law of Creation

The flow and magnification of energy is directed both consciously or unconsciously by thoughts, feelings and emotions and this creates one's reality.

Power of Creation - Energy flows and builds to wherever one directs it. I Am the power that creates my reality.

Universal Law of Karma

For every effect or result there is a cause. Intent or motivation determines the nature of the karma created. Spontaneously generated unconditional love and compassion, is the energy which creates Karma that serves our highest potential. Remember, karmic absolution is now available to all.

Power of Karma - The wheel of karma returns all one's karmic creations magnified. I AM the power that creates Karma in every moment.

Universal Law of Oneness and ReflectionThe energies that one perceives in others, be they divine or unresolved, are mirrored or reflected back as the energies one also carries as an individuated being within the Oneness. All are asked to own and take responsibility for all manifested reflections in walking one's return journey to Source

Power of Oneness and Reflection - Love creates the dissolution of the reflection and merges self into the non-duality of Oneness. I AM the power that dissolves the duality of the mirror.

Universal Law of ResonanceEnergies of the same vibrational frequency, signature and quality are magnetically drawn to each other.

Power of Resonance - Like attracts like. I AM the power that attracts resonant energies unto myself. The Universal Golden Rule

BuddhismHurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful. [Udana-Varga 5,18]

ChristianityTherefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you,do ye even so to them: for this is the law of the prophets. [Matthew 7:12] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THE 15 Laws of LifeBySwami Vivekananda1. Love is the Law of Life All love is expansion, all selfishness is contraction. Love is therefore the only law of life. He who loves lives, he who is selfish is dying. Therefore, love for love's sake, because it is law of life, just as you breathe to live. 2. It is Your Outlook That MattersIt is our own mental attitude, which makes the world what it is for us. Our thoughts make things beautiful, our thoughts make things ugly. The whole world is in our own minds. Learn to see things in the proper light. 3. Life is BeautifulFirst, believe in this world - that there is meaning behind everything. Everything in the world is good, is holy and beautiful. If you see something evil, think that you do not understand it in the right light. Throw the burden on yourselves! 4. It is The Way You FeelFeel like Christ and you will be a Christ; feel like Buddha and you will be a Buddha. It is feeling that is the life, the strength, the vitality, without which no amount of intellectual activity can reach God. 5. Set Yourself FreeThe moment I have realised God sitting in the temple of every human body, the moment I stand in reverence before every human being and see God in him - that moment I am free from bondage, everything that binds vanishes, and I am free. 6. Don't Play the Blame GameCondemn none: if you can stretch out a helping hand, do so. If you cannot, fold your hands, bless your brothers, and let them go their own way. 7. Help OthersIf money helps a man to do good to others, it is of some value; but if not, it is simply a mass of evil, and the sooner it is got rid of, the better. 8. Uphold Your IdealsOur duty is to encourage every one in his struggle to live up to his own highest idea, and strive at the same time to make the ideal as near as possible to the Truth. 9. Listen to Your SoulYou have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul. 10. Be YourselfThe greatest religion is to be true to your own nature. Have faith in yourselves! 11. Nothing Is ImpossibleNever think there is anything impossible for the soul. It is the greatest heresy to think so. If there is sin, this is the only sin - to say that you are weak, or others are weak. 12. You Have The PowerAll the powers in the universe are already ours. It is we who have put our hands before our eyes and cry that it is dark. 13. Learn EverydayThe goal of mankind is knowledge... now this knowledge is inherent in man. No knowledge comes from outside: it is all inside. What we say a man 'knows', should, in strict psychological language, be what he 'discovers' or 'unveils'; what man 'learns' is really what he discovers by taking the cover off his own soul, which is a mine of infinite knowledge. 14. Be TruthfulEverything can be sacrificed for truth, but truth cannot be sacrificed for anything. 15. Think DifferentlyAll differences in this world are of degree, and not of kind, because oneness is the secret of everything. BySwami VivekanandaSome almost universal symbols (need to get more pictures)The Circle (including mandala, sun and moon symbols) unity, wholeness, infinity, the goddess, and female power, cycles, completeness, life is unending and endlessly connected eternity, completion, unity, the universe, wholeness, perfection and the Great Mystery. Birds make their nests in circles, for theirs is the same religion as ours. The sun comes forth and goes down in a circle, the moon does the same. And both always come back to where they were. Eightfold path or circleInfinity The symbol for infinity looks like the number eight laid on its sideNearly every major religion or spiritual path on the planet includes one or more of these symbols as part of their sacred tradition or folklore Tattwa

Tattwa are geometric images From India. they are symbols that can be used in mandala. One of the most traditional symbol sets and one considered to have innate power to effect realization is by using Tattwa. These simple geometric symbols can be used in meditation. Tattwa is a Sanskrit word meaning energy. Tattwas are five geometric symbols which represent the five universal energies. Each Tattwas symbolizes unique energies with specific properties, potentials and frequencies. In varying combinations, these five energies make up the sum totality of everything in our physical and spiritual universe. These five basic symbols are combined to create symbols of many different kinds.

The tattwa symbols are the ovoid, the triangle, the half-moon, the circle, and the square.

These definitions are minimal and in no way represent the totality of the symbol.

Tejas- Fire

Triangle represents Fire , passion, meditate on this symbol to intensify and clarify desire, creativity, prosperity, magnetism and to develop the right brain .

Vayu - Air

Circle represents Air , thought, and is used to enhance ones ability to visualize and discriminate. Meditation on circles activates the subconscious mind brings about greater ability to discriminate ,concentrate and communicate.

Apas- Water

Moon represents Water , this symbol increases the ability to feel , meditation with this form can bring greater self reflection sensitivity and receptivity toward others.

Prithivi -Earth

Squares represent Earth, focus and determination , diversity , inner strength enhances the ability to move from dreams to reality.Akasha - Spirit

Ovoid or ellipse represents space, the void , the universe , the womb, the cosmic egg ,new life ,understanding , female or yin energy.

I had worked with these forms in Tattwa based astrological mandala developed by Michael Matthew's of Hayward over a decade ago and they were profoundly transformitive. Mr. Mathews does not seem to have a web site any more and I had heard that he was primarily doing other work now so I am unable to give you a contact point for his work. The set of Tattwa I have made into PSP8 preset shapes for paint shop pro usersincludes the basic elements, the zodiac signs and the planets. There are some symbols where a second variation is also included. There is a rainbow version of the water or moon symbol cresent just for fun. I do not have versions of the Tattwa for Hindu Gods etc.

A second tattwa based preset shape set of the chakra symbols is also available. Tattwa and ManifestationA four part process for manifesting with the Tattwa The Tattwas work to increase your power to manifest your goals and desires quickly This method allows the form of your desiresto be complete and balanced in all the four areas of your life force /nature.

Many forms of manifesting are incomplete they usually focus on one area of your life. The manifesting process is delayed when the goal is not integrated into your full life.Blockages in one area can effect and delay or even prevent the realization. When you actively deal with all areas of your life and include them in your manifesting process will be more effective .There are colored versions of the Tattwa here but many people prefer to draw their own and color them in as a wayof intensifying and personalizing the procedure. Many people use an intense light on the tattwa images while doing the procedure.

The Triangle intensifies your desire. The Circle enhances your ability to visualize your goal.the Moon amplifies your ability to feel what it would be like to achieve your goal. The Square expands your focus and ability to move your goals from dreams to reality.1.

Tejas- Fire, The Triangle represents Fire, It intensifies one's desires. Meditate on this symbol to intensify and clarify desire, The Subconscious responds to this symbol and allows the right brain to develop more creativity, prosperity and magnetism.1. First select your goal, after getting your goal in mind, focus on the the center of the triangle for about 2 to 5 minutes Close your eyes and see the image in your 'mind as long and clearly as you can. Then visualize or imagine, yourself in the center of the triangle. Allow the desire for your goal to increase and feel all the ideas and feelings that are blocking your goal to burn away with the fire of the triangle.2.Vayu - Air, The Circle represents Air , thought, This tattwa is used to enhance ones ability to visualize and discriminate. Meditation on circles activates the subconscious mind brings about greater ability to discriminate ,concentrate and communicate. Circle. Focus on the Circle for 2 to 5 minutes. Close your eyes and see the image in yourmind as long as you can. Then begin visualizing how it would look to have this goal in your life. Picture having the goal as realized in your life. Feel how happy you feel about having this in your life.3.

Apas- Water The Moon represents Water , this symbol increases the ability to feel , meditation with this form can bring greater self reflection sensitivity and receptivity toward others. Moon. Focus on the Moon for 2 to 5 minutes. Close your eyes and see the image in your mind as long as you can. Then begin feeling how it would feel to have this goal in your life. Picture how confidentand happy you feel about having this in your life.4.

Prithivi -Earth The Square represent Earth, focus and determination , diversity , inner strength enhances the ability to move from dreams to reality.Square. Focus on the Square for 2 to 5 minutes. Close your eyes and see the image in your mind as long as you can. Allow your self to sense how the body would act if you had already achieved your goal.

Once you have done this allow the universe time for the manifestation to be fullfilled pay attention to events the occur which give you the opportunity to take action toward the goal. Some people like to color in the Tattwa forms themselves to enhnce the process.

The Tattwas are geometric shapes which communicate your desires and goals directly to the subconscious. The basic shapes are the triangle, circle, moon and square which correspond respectively to the elements Fire, Air,Water and Earth. the Tarot card association is also listed as well as healing function.

WEATHERS

I have on occasion done things alone or with others like raise or still wind , help bring or dissipate rain and or cloud cover, call on early flower bloom and similar things all my life but feel that this is not an area for casual or careless use, I am as human as anyone else and admit that there have been times when "don't rain on my parade " has been more important to me than the needs and harmony of the all.

One persons misstep would usually be nullified by the collective intention and will toward a healthful and balanced weather system. Unless of course the preponderance of energy sent about weather was not considerate of the whole.

Some friends and I have been following a suggestion and experience from Elliot Cowen's book "Plant Spirit Medicine" for several years. Mr.Cowan relays a message from TlaLoc the Aztec Rain God about how people squander water, pollute it and don't realize that they are dependent on rainfall, that water is the very blood in their veins. For most people water is just a commodity to be bought and sold that comes from a faucet, to them rain is a nuisance that makes it hard to drive. "They treat me as if I had no feelings, Naturally I treat them the same way, Diseases, phobias, exhaustion, floods, droughts --What do they expect?". ( Tlaloc)

Eliot Cowan suggests you call upon the Aztec Rain God TlaLoc with offerings of chocolate candles or other offerings of chocolate and ask/ pray for rain where and in the quantity needed in accord with the highest good of course .

I have done this and it does usually rain though the amount varies. A friend in San Francisco also does this. She has made candles of cocoa butter for her offering. We have both had the experience of having it rain only on our yards leaving the neighboring houses dry. I have offered gourmet cocoa blends on the wind and this also seems to work.

I also usually do a thanksgiving ritual for weather several times a year without making any specific requests .

During a drought in the 70's in Sacramento one of the Radio stations decided to play only songs that had the word rain in them or were about rain in some way until the drought ended after three days the rains started I don't recall how long it rained but it kept up a steady drizzle for long enough to thoroughly soak everything.

Whether or not you choose to actively and consciously do weather work you probably are doing it. In any case We would probably be better off paying attention to the weather and being appreciative of the weather, nature and spirits rather than taking it for granted and only paying attention when we have a complaint.

Australian tribes are said to use quartz crystals in rainmaking ceremonies.

Quartz has a wide tradition of use in weather working because of its association with water . Rutile quartz and smoky quartz were sometimes used for this, Jade was thrown strongly into water to bring about rain

Some people use tumbled and single point clear quartz, beryl, and hematite in spells for rain making as well as programming crystals .

There are many different stones that are assigned elemental correspondences .

I personally consider rutilated smoky quartz a good rain stone there are also picture jaspers and agates that some people use for this kind of work whether is spells, meditations programs or grids . You can do work intended to reduce or control fire asking the wind to be calm in the area Where there is danger of fire.

Rather than being a particular kind of stone weather stones are most often those whose appearance seems to relate to weather in some way. Obviously sunstone could be used for clear warm weather, Some Malachite Chrysocolla combinations look like blue sky and clouds, tree and moss agate are sometimes associated with rain and fog.

Holey stones that is stones which have natural holes in them were once thrown into the sea to call storms.

Here are a few stone correspondences for elements. There are many different lists of this kind.

Stand with your feet slightly apart in a comfortable position relax, now above your head imagine a beautiful globe of rainbow light shining on you, this is the light of your connection to the divine source of all . This is the light of fulfillment and wholeness, This is the light of abundance. THIS light will bring the things you need to you. Reach up with both your hands and pull the light down to surround yourself completely . Feel the rainbow light whirl throughout your entire being your body and your aura . Feel it wash away your worries and blocks, release them into the light . Allow your wishes and needs to flow into the rainbow let them go, Know that this will bring into reality all that you need for your highest good and soul purpose. now allow the rainbow globe to rise above your head again and return to source . RAINBOW VIEWER A wonderful tool for seeing rainbows and helping with rainbow meditations and color healing and and chakra toning work is That old cd YES something to do with all those old Aol sign-up Cd's you have . just hold it in the light and focus on the rainbow spectrum you can flex and move it around it to bring a specific color that you want to work with into more prominence . Rainbow baths and showers It is not really possible to make a rainbow bath water but placing rainbow quartz in the water can be very pleasant. and healing .in a way the classic milk bath is a rainbow bath as white light contains the full spectrum. You can use food coloring to tint the water for a color healing treatment. Both Aqua and rose are very relaxing and many shades of green are profoundly healing, Orange can revitalize you. Use purple and indigo sparingly say a maximum of 10 minutes as these can be somewhat depressing for some if used too long. A favorite visualization is the rainbow shower which is simply to imagine being in a shower of colored light you can do this in a real shower. You can go though the spectrum in order or imagine being showered with iridescent droplets imagine the shower flowing through you as well as around you. A rainbow grounding tune up Close your eyes....see a light in your third eye..start white...now take a deep breath and draw red down through from crown to root exhale, now orange S-L-O-W-L-Y exhale out at chakra 2, now yellow......green...blue....indigo....violet. in. 7 deep slow breathes. One last deep breathe draw gold light down into your crown, across the top of your head down by your eyes and into your heart and lungs then exhale it back out through your mouth. You canaso breath in and fill your energy body with rainbows in one flow of sparkeling light rather than one color at a time. Many crystals and stones have rainbows, rainbow included quartz, rainbow hematite, , rainbow carborundom and rainbow sheen obsidian, Rainbow Crystal - Usually A quartz crystal with a rainbow(s) inside caused by the prismatic effect of a crack or inclusion .
