OUR CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES TEAM
• A student, suffering from an infectious or contagious disease
should submit a doctor’s certificate before resuming the school.
• Also a student suffering from an infectious or contagious
disease will not be permitted to attend the school until it is
advisable by the doctor.
• In case of illness, the school should be notified within 2 days
and a medical certificate is mandatory.
• Once in school, no leave will be granted for half day without
prior permission in handbook.
• No Re-Test will be conducted for casual absence on test days.
• Average of all Periodic Tests will be taken in case the child is
absent for representing the School outside.
• For further information please refer the School Hand Book.
LEAVE POLICY
Uniform:
Parents must ensure that their child comes to school in proper uniform.
If not in proper uniform, the child should have a valid reason in the form of a note duly signed by the parent / guardian only or else the child will be asked to sit on the floor the whole day.
Irregular H.W. / C.W
It will led to child's loss in extracurricular activities and hobby periods.
Child will not be able to attend activity periods and has to complete in that time.
If the child doesn’t complete it in activity and hobby periods then the parents are requested to make sure that he/she completes the work at home.
Periodic tests I & III will be held weekly.
Periodic Tests II & IV will be held at the end of the respective terms.

➢No retests will be taken in any case.
➢Periodic Test I & III will be conducted on Thursdays.
MARKING SCHEME
Please make sure your child brings required materials for the activities and they do not remain absent.
If your child is not able to give any Test due to medical emergency or some unavoidable circumstances, please inform
the office latest by the morning on the Test Day.

REMEDIAL CLASSES & HOBBIES
Remedial classes of all subjects will be conducted during school hours.
The respective Subject Teachers will decide which students need remediation in their subjects.
Selection of students for each hobby will be based on the aptitude of the students. Final decision will be taken by the respective Hobby Teacher.
Parents are kindly requested to ask the person who provides educational guidance at home to the child to meet the teachers during PTMs.
If the child’s handwriting is not legible, then the child has to sit for the handwriting remediation till he/she doesn't improve.
Do send separate notebooks for remediation according to the time table.
