Back in the year 2000, I landed a job as an event apprentice for an exhibition organiser, organising garden shows at Alexandra Palace and Hatfield House. This proved the catalyst to my passion and love of events.

Over the last 14 years I have carved out a very successful career for myself. I moved from Event Organiser roles into client side marketing for IT Distributor Enta Technologies where I gained my CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing. My last role was Channel Marketing Manager for Network, IT and Cloud service provider Exponential-e. With every role throughout my career, events and exhibitions have played a major part and these have been the elements I enjoy the most and feel most confident in delivering.

I launched Little Fish to bring the event management service up-to-date, and deliver an outsourced, pay-as-you-go service which is refreshing, adaptable and affordable. I wanted to break the mould and breathe a breath of fresh air into a service which people are reluctant to commit too for fear of it being way too expensive or untrustworthy. I wanted to give faith to those who haven't used an agency before and offer a competitive alternative to those who have.

A recent project: We recently delivered partial event support for the Skills Funding Agency. We delivered on-site support, AV Staging and Production for two regional Apprenticeship Award ceremonies, and managed the complete invitation and delegate management for one of them.
