Day 2 -Sunday: CASABLANCA / RABAT(95 km) Visit of the economic capital of Morocco: the central market, the Habous district, the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V square, the residential area of Anfa and the exterior of the impressive Hassan II Mosque .Optional (FB Package): Fish lunch at one of the oceanfront restaurants. Day 6 - Thursday: MARRAKESH Visit of historical Marrakesh: the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia Minaret. Lunch at the hotel. country and city tour: the Royal Palace, (Mechouar), the

Tower and departure to Meknes. Optional (FB Package) :

Lunch at a typical Moroccan Restaurant and after lunch, visit

of the Ismalian capital, famous for its 40 km long walls and

quarter. Continuation to the holy city of Moulay Idriss, and

Day 6 – Thursday: FEZ

The whole day is devoted to the city-sightseeing of Fez,

the spiritual capital of Morocco: the medieval Medina with

tain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the Karaouine

mosque. Optional (FB package): Moroccan lunch at a tradi-

tional restaurant in the Medina. Afternoon visit of a Koranic

Day 7 - Friday: FEZ / BENI MELLAL / MARRAKESH (485 km)

Departure to Marrakesh passing by the Berber village of

Day 4 - Tuesday: MARRAKESH/ KASBAH TELOUET / KASBAH

AIT BENHADOU OUARZAZATE (220 km)

Departure by 4WD to Ouarzazate via the mountains of the

high Atlas passing through the Tich’n’Tichka pass at an alti-

tude of 2260 m, via Telouet, an absolutely stunning scenery.

Visit of the Kasbah of Telouet, former residence of the

Glaoui family, one of the most influential of this region. Op-

tional Lunch, and visit of Kasbah Ait Benhadou. This kasbah

is the most famous in Morocco and has served as setting for

many famous movies. The Kasbah is now a UNESCO protect-

ed monument, continuation and Short visit of Ouarzazate

including the Kasbah of Taourirt. Dinner and accommoda-

tion at the hotel.

Day 5 - Wednesday: OUARZAZATE / TINEGHIR /ERFOUD/

MERZOUGA (400 km)

After Breakfast, road to Boumalne and EL Kelâa via the road

of the thousand Kasbahs, passing by Skoura. On the way,

we pass the beautiful kasbah of Amerhidel, visit of Canyon

Dades and continuation to Tinghir. Tinghir is famous for its

magnificent Todra canyons whose rocks reach an altitude of

250 meters. Excursion to the canyons and possibility for a

short hike. (Optional) Lunch at a restaurant situated at the

foot of the canyons. Continuation to the track road contin-

ues till Erfoud, then Merzouga. Dinner and accommodation

in Merzouga, at hotel or under desert tents (NB: request

must be done upon reservation of the tour).

Day 6 – Thursday: MERZOUGA /ALNIF / ZAGORA (310 km)

Early morning, a short walk to see the sunrise over the sand-

dunes of Merzouga. Back to the Auberge for breakfast and

departure to Zagora, via the village of Rissani, birthplace of

the present Alaouites Dynasty. Continuation to Alnif, a small

Berber village, for (Optional) lunch. Continuation to Zagora

via Tazzarine and Taghbalt. On the way, splendid sceneries

of pre-saharian desert dotted with Berber villages. Excursion

to Tamegroute, visit of the famous library containing an im-

pressive collection of old Manuscripts and documents da-

ting from the 12th century. Dinner and accommodation at

the hotel.

Day 7 – Friday: ZAGORA / OUARZAZATE / MARRAKESH (360

km)

After Breakfast, we head to MARRAKESH, from Agdz, we

head forward on the track road leading through numerous

villages and palm groves along the Drâa river before reach-

ing Ouarzazate.

Optional Lunch.

Continuation Via the Tizin ’tichka pass, to Marrakesh.


Day 8 – Saturday: MARRAKESH / DEPARTURE

Day 9 - Sunday: OUARZAZATE / ZAGORA (190 km)

After breakfast departure to Taznakth, famous for its Berber

carpets., then continuation southwards to Agdz where we

join again the road Ouarzazate-Zagora. From Agdz to Zagora

is dotted with palm groves and numerous Kasbahs, most of

them falling in ruins, but some are still worth a visit. In Zago-

ra visit of the library of Tamgroute and the adjacent old Kas-

bah.Free lunch on the way. Dinner and accommodation at

the hotel in Zagora or under Berber tents in Tinfou (request

must be done upon reservation of the tour).

Day10 - Monday: ZAGORA / MARRAKESH (370 km)

Breakfast and then back to Ouarzazate following the same

road till Agdz and then through the mountains of the Anti

Atlas. Stop at noon in Ouarzazate for free lunch. Heading on

to Marrakesh via the national road crossing the TiznTichka-

Pass.Arrival in Marrakesh, Dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. Meeting with your tour escort. Visit of the

Continuation to Rabat, the white imperial city and the administra-

tive capital of the kingdom. lunch (optional FB Package) at local

restaurant, the sightseeing includes the Mechouar (ramparts and

walls surrounding the Royal Palace), the Oudaya Kasbah, the splen-

did Mohamed V mausoleum, the Hassan tower. Continuation to

After breakfast, the whole day will be devoted to the sightseeing

of Fez, the most ancient of the Imperial cities founded in the 8th

century by Moulay Idriss II. Visit of the medieval Medina with its

Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas (religious Islamic universities),

the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the Kara-

ouine Mosque. Moroccan lunch (optional FB package) at a tradi-

tional restaurant in the Medina. Afternoon, visit of Fez Jdid. Dinner

and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 4 - Tuesday: FEZ / MIDELT/ ERFOUD (400 km)

Departure to Erfoud via the mountains and the cedar woods of the

middle Atlas passing by Ifrane, a charming ski station and Azrou, an

important handicraft centre. Stop in Midelt for lunch (optional FB

package). Continuation to Erfoud via Errachidia and the Ziz valley

and its palm groves, which are the evident reason to organise the

yearly date fruit Festival in Erfoud.

Day 5 – Wednesday: ERFOUD / RISSANI/ TINGHIR/ OUARZAZATE

Early morning, optional jeep excursion to see the sunrise over the

sand-dunes of Merzouga. After breakfast continuation to Rissani.

The holy city where Moulay Ali Cherif, ancestor of the Alaouite

dynasty is buried. Visit of a kasbah of the 17th century and the Ksar-

Abbar ruins, and continuation to Tinghir via the Tinjdad road. Visit

of the magnificent Todgha canyons which rocks reach and altitude

of 250 meters. Lunch (optional FB package) at a restaurant situated

at the foot of the canyons and departure to the Dades canyons for

a visit. Continuation to Ouarzazate via the road of the thousand

kasbahs and the Dades valley famous for its roses and the yearly

Moussem (rose Festival). Visit of the kasbah of Taourirt. Dinner and

accommodation at the hotel in Ouarzazate.

Day 6- Thursday: OUARZAZATE /AIT BENHADDOU /MARRAKESH

(230 km)

Visit of the Kasbahs of Taouirt Tiffeltout and Ait Ben Haddou, the

most spectacular fortress in the south of Morocco, which has been

the set of many films like "Laurence of Arabia".

Lunch (Optional FB package) at the terrace of the restaurant facing

the Kasbah. Departure to Marrakesh via the Tichka pass offering an

impressive landscape in the heart of the Atlas mountain chain .



The entire day will be devoted to the visit of Marrakesh, the second

oldest Imperial city, known as the pearl of the South. The city was

founded by the Almoravides at the end of the 11th century. The

historical sightseeing includes the Menara garden, the Saadian

tombs, the Bahia palace and the the Koutoubia . Lunch at the hotel.

Afternoon, visit of the souks and handicraft quarters displaying a

variety of items and the famous “Place Djemâa El Fna” with its non-

stop entertainment. Dinner with Fantasia Show (optional).

Day 1- Thursday: MARRAKESH

Arrival at Marrakesh Menara airport, welcome by our repre-

sentatives. Assistance and transfer to your hotel.

Dinner and accommodation.


The entire day will be devoted to the visit of Marrakesh, the

Day 3 – Saturday: MARRAKESH /CASABLANCA (230 km)

After breakfast, Free Morning and afternoon transfer to

Casablanca. Check in at the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 4 - Sunday: CASABLANCA / RABAT / MEKNES / FES

Breakfast at the hotel. Meeting with your tour escort. Visit

of the economic capital of Morocco: Mohammed V square,

central market, the Habbous District, residential district of

Anfa & Ain Diab.

Continuation to Rabat, the white imperial city and the ad-

ministrative capital of the kingdom. lunch (optional FB Pack-

age) at local restaurant, the sightseeing includes the

Mechouar (ramparts and walls surrounding the Royal Pal-

ace), the Oudaya Kasbah, the splendid Mohamed V mausole-

um, the Hassan tower. Continuation to Meknes: the old me-

dina is surrounded by a triple thickness of 40 km walls and

preserves the most beautiful gate of Morocco, the Bab

Mansour. Also visit of the Royal stables of Moulay Ismael,

the Medina and the Jewish quarter.

Continuation to Fez. Dinner and accommodation at the ho-

tel.

Day 5 – Monday: FEZ

After breakfast, the whole day will be devoted to the sight-

seeing of Fez, the most ancient of the Imperial cities found-

ed in the 8th century by Moulay Idriss II. Visit of the medie-

val Medina with its Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas

(religious Islamic universities), the Nejjarine fountain, the

Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the Karaouine Mosque. Mo-

roccan lunch (optional FB package) at a traditional restau-

rant in the Medina. Afternoon, visit of Fez Jdid. Dinner and

accommodation at the hotel.

Day 6 - Tuesday: FEZ / MIDELT/ ERFOUD (400 km)

Departure to Erfoud via the mountains and the cedar woods

of the middle Atlas passing by Ifrane, a charming ski resort

and Azrou, an important handicraft centre. Stop in Midelt

for lunch (optional FB package). Continuation to Erfoud via

Errachidia and the Ziz valley and its palm groves, which are

the evident reason to organise the yearly date fruit Festival

in Erfoud.

Welcome at Marrakesh Menara airport by our representa-

tives.

Delivery of your vouchers and your trip documents. Brief

review of the tour during your transfer to the hotel. Check in

SATURDAY : MARRAKESH/ OUARZAZATE (220km)

In the morning departure to Ouarzazate via the village of

Telouet. Visit of the Kasbah of Glaoui and the Kasbah of Ait

Ben Haddou, the best preserved Kasbah in Morocco and

under Unesco protection. Optional Lunch in Ait Ben Haddou.

Then continuation to Ouarzazate and visit of the Kasbah of

Tiffeltout and Taouirt, as well as the famous film studios.


SUNDAY : OUARZAZATE/ZAGORA 200 Kms

After breakfast departure to Taznakth, famous for its Berber

carpets, then continuation southwards to Agdz where we

join again the road Ouarzazate-Zagora. From Agdz to Zagora

the road is dotted with palm groves and numerous Kasbahs,

most of which are falling in ruins, but some are still worth a

visit. In Zagora visit of the library of Tamgroute and the adja-

cent old Kasbah.

Lunch at own expenses.

Dinner and accommodation at your hotel in Zagora, or upon

request dinner and overnight under Berber tents in Tinfou.

MONDAY : ZAGORA/ MARRAKESH (370 Km)

After breakfast, back to Ouarzazate following the same road

till Agdz and then through the mountains of the Anti Atlas.

Stop at noon in Ouarzazate, lunch at own expenses. Head-

ing on to Marrakesh via the national road crossing the Tizn

Tichka Pass. Arrival in Marrakesh. Dinner and accommoda-

tion at the hotel.

TUESDAY : MARRAKESH /DEPARTURE

Breakfast at hotel. Departure transfer to Menara Marrakesh

Airport or to your hotel/riad for your prolongation.
