Refund & Cancellation Policy: While the foreseeable future looks promising for conducting an in-person conference, we understand we are currently living in
somewhat uncertain times and want to ensure our cancellation and refund policies are fair to attendees and sponsors. Please
review the policies below prior to registering.
SPONSORS may cancel their in-person participation in writing at any time by emailing [email protected] and will
have the following options:
A. Retain your sponsorship and substitute attendees for any of your included sponsor attendees up until the date of the
event OR
B. Cancel entirely without virtual access and cease any and all sponsorship promotion –
A. If cancelled by January 1, 2022, a full refund of all amounts previously paid is issued**
B. If cancelled between January 2nd – January 31st, 2022, the total balance due is reduced to 50% of total
sponsorship fee (if unpaid or partially paid, 50% is due upon cancellation; if paid in full, a 50% refund is issued)**
C. If cancelled on or after February 1st, 2022, a refund or credit cannot be provided, and full payment is due
regardless of cancellation request**
**Full sponsor payment is not required upon registering; however, payment in full is due no later than 15 days after registration. If payment is not
submitted, sponsor will be notified and given 5 business days to submit payment in full before sponsorship is cancelled, ceasing any and all
future promotions. If required payments have not been made before a cancellation is requested, payment will remain due based on date
cancelled, amount already paid, and total due based on the above conditions. If a credit is chosen rather than a refund, credits are non-
transferrable and may be used toward cost for attendee or sponsorship registrations for same sponsoring company within any future
EventfullyYourz-managed conference (currently includes but may not be limited to SESBLC, America East, America West, Music City, Kentucky,
FLAGGL, Great Lakes Lenders or MALC). Refunds/credits cannot be provided for sponsorships after February 1st as event expenses will have
already been incurred.
INDIVIDUALLY PAID ATTENDEES (not included with sponsorships) may choose to cancel in writing at any time by emailing
[email protected], and will have the following options:
1. Substitute an attendee at any time up until the date of the event OR 2. Cancel entirely for any reason –
a. If cancelled by January 31, 2022, a full refund or credit* is issued b. If cancelled between February 1st and March 10th, a 50% refund or credit* is issued and 50% is retained as
cancellation fee

3. Cancel entirely due to company-imposed travel restrictions or positive COVID test a. If cancellation request is submitted in writing at any time up until 10 business days prior to the conference with
proof of company-imposed travel restrictions with verification, specifically prohibiting travel to the Houston, TX area during the conference dates for said employee, a 100% refund is issued (if submitted closer than 10 business days prior to the conference, a refund cannot be provided) OR
b. If cancellation request is submitted in writing at any time up until the conference dates showing a positive COVID test result received within 10 days of the conference start date, a full refund will be provided (test results must show attendee’s name, date of birth and date test was administered).
*Credits are non-transferrable and may be used toward cost for same attendee for registrations within any future EventfullyYourz-managed
conference (currently includes but may not be limited to SESBLC, America East, America West, Music City, Kentucky, FLAGGL, Great Lakes
Lenders or MALC). Refunds/credits cannot be provided for Individually paid attendee registrations after March 10th as event expenses will have
already been incurred.
If the in-person conference is cancelled by the organizers for any reason including but not limited to
COVID-19 restrictions, and a virtual option is not provided, attendees and sponsors will receive a FULL refund or
credit to use toward a future EventfullyYourz-managed conference, including virtual and/or in-person training or conference
events (includes but may not be limited to SESBLC, America East, America West, Music City, Kentucky, FLAGGL, Great Lakes
Lenders or MALC).
If the in-person conference is converted by the organizers for any reason to a virtual-only format, all
sponsors and attendees will automatically transfer to the virtual format with adjusted cost and attendees as shown below, with
the difference in amount paid provided as a monetary refund. Should an attendee or sponsor choose not to attend the virtual
conference, additional refunds or credits will not be provided.

If the conference must be changed by the organizers to an ALL-VIRTUAL format due to COVID or other
imposed restrictions outside the control of MALC, attendee ticket fees will be reduced to $299 for
already-registered lender attendees, $399 for already-registered non-lender/non-sponsor attendees and
$149 for already- registered government/speakers with a refund provided for the difference in ticket price
previously paid.
Virtual guest tickets will not be available, and thus 100% refunds will be provided for all guest tickets
previously purchased.
