2. Management of Business PlanningMaterials

Results of interview to students stated that, often have difficulties in carrying out businessplanning, presentation of business plan taughtso far not refer to the specification ofknowledge planning business to beimplemented in the process ofentrepreneurship. Students want knowledge inplanning the business with a more focused andin-depth study of the steps in businessexecution because Planning is related to allother managerial functions. Course lecturersemphasize that the tendency of limitations oftime in conveying teaching materials causesthe description of the material business planshould be presented in a general form and notfocus on the parts of the business plan itself. There are important studies required informulating business planning management:a. Develop a clear business vision and

mission. It takes knowledge in revealing aclear Vision and Mission effort toillustrate what to do in the future, depictedby realistic by expressing an advantagethat sets forth a value that will be achievedbeyond the standards that other people ororganizations have. Vision and Missionalso disclose the target of time thatdescribes the year of achievement of theideals proposed. Students need knowledgein expressing a clear Vision and BusinessMission to express what they believe indoing business.

b. Define the core competencies of thecompany, segments, market goals, andplace the company's position to competeeffectively. Core competencies. Studentsneed the ability to formulate corecompetencies so they can have a set ofcapabilities and uniqueness developed inkey operational areas such as quality,

service, innovation, team building, highflexibility, responsiveness and other thingsthat can be done to Beyond competitors.

c. Assessing Strengths, Weaknesses,Opportunities and Threats (SWOT). Theundertakings need to have a SWOTanalysis formulated based on a clearanalysis. Students need a specific study ofSWOT analysis by first identifying thecore competencies and desired position inthe market, students should have atentative analysis of the SWOT to be ableto divert attention from weaknesses andfocus on assessing the strengths andpotentials they have.

3. Marketing Management Material

material needed by students inentrepreneurship. During this time one of themost common problems faced by students inbeing a businessman is the ability to getadequate cash flow and working capital inorder to remain benefited. This is noted as oneof the main problems facing SMEs has beenfor a long time. It is known that almost allstudents who have undertaken entrepreneurialactivities face financial management problems, while the challenges they face are smallbusinesses that are vulnerable to problems ofbusiness failure resulting from capitalproblems. Therefore, students and lecturersargue that financial management material is amaterial that should be developed with morelead to the financial management of smallbusinesses vulnerable to business failure.

DISCUSSION

Management becomes the controller ofbusiness activities to ensure that the businessis carried out in accordance with the directionof business goals. Management is needed notonly for newly established businesses, but allbusiness units that are running require goodmanagement. Marzuki Usman (2000),entrepreneurial understanding in the context ofmanagement is the ability to use resources, such as finance, raw materials and labor toproduce a new product, a new business, aproduction process or an organizationdevelopment. Although all managerialfunctions are interrelated in practice as asystem of action, planning is in a unique anddistinctive position, as it sets goals for eachgroup to be pursued. Planning covers allaspects related to the organization and cannotbe separated. The results of qualitative dataanalysis indicate that students who have beeninvolved in carrying out business have a viewthat they need more specific entrepreneurship

materials and have in-depth study on planningmanagement reviews, marketing managementespecially online marketing and specialfinancial management for small businessmanagement.
