Step 1 : Personal information Personal details & Present address will be pre-filled
Select account type & personal info
Click on Proceed
Step 2: Enter Nomination details
Add nominee 2 & 3 if you wish to
Enter nominee for Tier 2 account if integrated Tier 1 & Tier 2 is selected
Add nominee 2 & 3 if you wish to
Click on Proceed
Step 3: Enter Scheme Preference
Allocate funds for Tier 1 or Integrated Tier 1 &2 (Include registration fees ,service charges & service tax)
Enter Scheme preference for Tier 2 account if integrated Tier 1 & Tier 2 is selected
Click on Proceed
Step 4: Declaration & Authorization
Click on Confirm
Click on I Accept
Click on Final Confirm
You will be able to view registration details before giving final confirmation
Click on OK
This will complete your online registration process
Within 7 to 10 working days after online NPS registration “ Place Service Request” tab will be activated under Services section of NPS account. You need to click on “Request for PRAN card” and download the pre-populated subscriber registration form. Duly filled form has to be sent to ICICI Securities Turbhe office.

• If applicable: - Signature on Annexure I – Tier II details, Page 2. - Signature on Annexure II – Printing of Mother’s Name on PRAN Card/ Printing of PRAN Card in Hindi, Page 1. - Signature on Annexure III – Nomination details, Page 2 for Tier I nomination. - Signature on Annexure III – Nomination details, Page 2 for Tier II nomination.

• Note: Subscriber Registration Form should be sent to ICICI Securities within 30 days of Registration, failing which your NPS account will get deactivated.
