Instructions

My Ohio State Buckeyes Account Log In Page

Log in to your Ohio State Buckeyes Account by entering your Account ID (provided in the letter and email) and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Your Password” and one will be sent to the email on file with the Athletics Ticket Office *DO NOT create a new account; a new account won’t let you enter the lottery. If you have questions about your account ID/password, please contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-GOBUCKS. Please note that My Ohio State Buckeyes Account site is only compatible with: •IE8 and Firefox 3.5 and above •Google Chrome and Safari are not technically compatible, but most customers do have success using these browsers •AOL is not compatible and may not allow customers to properly submit lottery entries.

Make sure you click on ‘edit my profile’ before starting the lottery process to ensure that your address and contact information in your Athletics Ticket Office Account is current! Tickets are mailed to the address on file with the Athletics Ticket Office.

My Ohio State Buckeyes Account Home Page:

Make sure that all of your contact information (including email and phone number are correct). This is very important as tickets are mailed to the address on file with the Athletics Ticket Office and many communications are sent via email only. Once updated, click “Save” to proceed. Click “home” to take you back to the home screen to start the lottery process!

Edit my Personal Profile Page

Click on “View Invoice” under “2015 Alumni Football Lottery” to start the lottery process. Note: Some versions of Internet Explorer contract the invoice box once it has been expanded. If you’re noticing this, simply “New Invoices” from the bar above to enter the Alumni Lottery Invoice Process!

My Ohio State Buckeyes Account Home Page:

This page displays a summary your lottery invoice. Don’t worry about the seat numbers shown here – they’re only used for inventory control purposes! Please note, that, while the price shows $170 total, you may be charged a different amount should you receive a lower priced game or a premier game. Click ‘continue’ to go to the next step!

Invoice Summary Page:

This page allows you to enter an amount to donate (whole dollar amounts only) to the Alumni Association if you wish. • Any donation amount made will require payment at the time the order is submitted; donation

payments cannot be deferred with the lottery payments. • A donation of $75 or more as part of your OSU Alumni Single Game Lottery entry renews your

Sustaining Membership in the Alumni Association and establishes your eligibility for the 2016 football ticket lottery. Life Members are eligible for the lottery every year.

If you’d like to make a donation, click “add to invoice” to continue.

OR If you’d like to continue with just the ticket portion of the invoice, click “skip” to continue.

Donation Page:

This page allows you to submit specific requests about your lottery entry: 1. You can tell us if you’d like to be entered into the lottery for ALL games (including the premier priced games

vs. Penn State and Michigan State) or if you would like to only be entered for non-premier priced games. 1. The Ohio State Department of Athletics is using a variable pricing model for its 2015 football ticket

prices. This approach includes reducing the prices for some games (Hawai’i and Western Michigan) while also designating two premier games (Penn State and Michigan State) on the schedule. Your card will be charged accordingly based upon the game you are assigned.

2. If you enter the lottery for all games that does not guarantee that you will win tickets for either premier game.

HINT: You must answer this question before proceeding.

1. You can add a request to sit with other lottery ticket holders. Enter only the account number and name of each person you’d like to sit with.. Requesting to sit with someone DOES NOT increase your chances of getting assigned the same game in the lottery as those you wish to sit with.

2. Indicate whether you need special seating for health reasons After completed, click “Continue”

Seating Requests Page:

This page will display the total amount due and payment information for the ticket portion of the invoice. If you have credit on your account from the sale previous ticket purchases through Buckeyes TicketExchange, you will have the opportunity to use that re-sale credit to pay for your alumni football tickets (if successful in the lottery). Just select “Use Credit” if interested in using re-sale credit (you’ll still be asked to enter a payment method for any amount not covered by re-sale credit). Select “Lottery Deferred Payment” and click “continue” to proceed.

Ticket Payment Plan Page:

If you opted to make a donation as part of your lottery entry, this page will display the total amount due and payment plan information for the donation portion of the invoice. Donation payments are due in full when the lottery entry is submitted and cannot be deferred. Select Alumni Association Donation and click “continue”.

Donation Payment Plan Page:

This page summarizes the total payment amount for both the tickets and donation, but only requires a minimum payment due for the donation amount. Use the drop-down menu to select “Enter a new credit card”, which will then display the fields to submit payment information. If you selected to use resale credit to offset some of the ticket cost, the total due here may be less than the total amount of the tickets/donation. • The address entered in this section must match the address where the credit card statements are received.

This will not change the address in the account, but is used for address verification purposes and their payment may be rejected if there is a mismatch.

• The credit card number must be entered without any dashes or spaces. • Customers have the option of storing this credit card in their ticket account for use in future purchases. Make sure you check the box agreeing to the Terms of Use!

Payment Options Page:

Payment Options Page (Continued):

Once you’ve entered payment information, the boxes towards the bottom of the page will expand.

• If you want to defer your entire payment until the lottery is conducted, leave the “Additional Payment” box blank as your card will be charged immediately for any amount entered in the “Additional Payment” box, but that doesn’t guarantee you’d be successful in the lottery.

• The bottom box will summarize the amount due for the donation portion of their invoice at the time of submission (Amount Due Today) as well as the amount that’s deferred until after the lottery has been conducted.

• Click ‘submit payment’ and your lottery entry is complete!

Once you’ve completed your lottery entry, you’ll receive a confirmation page and a confirmation email. Make sure you check that the Address Information listed here is correct as this is where your tickets will be mailed. If it is not, you can correct it from the ‘edit my profile’ option on the home page! Keep a copy of the confirmation email for your records.
