Responsible for the Performance Management of DSOs and their evaluation. Mobile Sales Management: Planning for TSO not only to ensure all operational aspects of Mobile CS units but also target Achievement. Campus Channel Management : Development, Induction and Servicing of Campus shops is my responsibility. Rural Market Development: Management of third party Vendor engaged for Rural Development is ACM’s responsibility Team Development: Managing the TSOs capacity building, ACM has to ensure development and grooming of his DSOs.
