I have worked approximate all Oil & Gas plant in Qatar for Shutdowns and Modification Projects with DESCON. (Qatar Gas, Ras Gas, Oryx GTL, RLOC power plant, Dolphin energy, RLOC, Laffan Refinery Qatar, QP refinery, QP NGL, QAFCO, QAPCO and QCHEM).

11 Years’ Experience; Specialized in Mechanical Maintenance of Static Equipment and also having Knowledge and Experience in rotating Equipment in Oil and Gas Industry Qatar and Pakistan. Also included the Experience for Machining and Fabrication the all type of components and repairing in Work Shop. Worked as a Mechanical Engineer / Lead with Highly Reputed Multinational Companies Engaged in Plant, Oil & Gas Projects and Maintenance Services for approximated 28 numbers of turnarounds and Maintenance of the operational Plant.

Profile: Capable of managing projects execution in construction as well as shut down of plants. Preparations of pre start up commissioning procedures as per client policies and procedures and assistant in start-up of the

plant. Hands on experience of Machine Shop and Work Shop as well as on the Maintenance of Heat Exchangers like Blinding,

bundle pulling, Hydro jetting/ hydro-testing of Shell & Tube and final Box up. Capable of managing maintenance of column/ Vessel, Blinding. Opening and servicing as per Specification internals work.

Such as Demister Removal and Trays Removal & Inspection. Capable to manage the Reactors / Driers Activities Such as Blinding , and Catalyst loading/ Off-loading as per procedure as

well as Inspection of Internals Meshes etc. Satisfactory knowledge of MS-office. Capable of leading a team of professionals, their allocation and managing resources to get the optimal result in a cost and

Job Responsibilities :

Assign duties and responsibilities to supervisor. Preparations of Method Statements and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) of Each Equipment Package. Site Survey and Verification of all Equipment and Blinds Location as per Drawing. Identification of Critical Lifting and preparation of their Rigging Study for Safe Lifting.

Identification of Critical jobs and their mitigations’. Ensure the milestone completion on top priority. Resolve the site issues and scope clarifications by coordinating with senior management and client. Ensure work carried out as per client standard & QHSE requirement. Maintain the schedule progress by performing the major and critical activities. Report the all completion and ongoing activities to the higher management. Discuss the work related technical query with higher management & client and provide suggestion to resolve this query. Any troubleshooting of hydraulic & pneumatic fault diagnoses & remedy. Maintenance of all types of static equipment vassals, drums, columns, valves, pump, heat

exchangers,driers,reacters,heaters,furnaces,stack,filters,finfan cooler and piping spools and structure. Maintenance jobs carried out in Reformers which includes activities like cleaning of burners, air pre-heaters , Reformer

catalyst tubes, Process Preheat coils, Super heater coils & pigtail cover removal, etc., Maintenance jobs carried out in Horizontal/ Vertical Heaters which include activities like decoking, tubes cleaning, testing

activities, etc., Maintenance jobs carried out in Fin fan Air coolers which include activities like blinding ,Plugs removal , tubes ID

cleaning, Hydro testing activities, etc., Maintenance jobs carried out in replacing existing tower internals as per requirement. Maintenance jobs carried out in Towers which include activities like removal of trays, Demisters, Packing (Pall rings,

Reaching rings etc.), trough, trays cleaning, etc., Maintenance jobs carried out in absorber & vessels which include activities like cleaning, catalyst renewal, Demister

removal etc., Maintenance jobs carried out in filters which include activities changing of elements, cleaning, inspection clearance etc. Coordination with client for site progress and priorities. Conduct a study or technical review for evaluating & recommending on specific request & maintenance strategy. Guiding to the sub-contractor & our manpower regarding clashing activities and site QHSE requirements. Preparation of pre-shutdown and shutdown activates (Estimate all the requirements which needed to execute the work

scope). Arrangements of material and permit to work, related to shut down and site activities. Achieve the daily target and attend the daily internal meetings and client meetings. Preparation of open flame and hot work for piping and structure arrange the daily tool box talk in the field related to site

matters. Adequate knowledge in selected and specific material. Work on static and rotary equipment as per shutdown requirement. Ensure work completion as per plan schedule and perform the pre-commissioning and commissioning.
