Appraisal and Monitoring visits of Partner Organizations (POs). i- To review Financial Management and Internal control system at POs level.ii- To ensure that observations and weakness in internal control highlighted during monitoring visits are duly complied as per recommendations.iii- To appraise the financial position, performance and fund management capacity at POs level for prospective financial contracts. Data Entry: All types of receipts vouchers and journal vouchers. Bank Reconciliations statements of all banks accounts of PPAF. Grants Module Cash Disbursements: Payments to staff (Travel advance, travel adjustments, fuel reimbursements etc) and payments to Foreign Consultants. Travelling: travel advance, travel adjustments, outstanding travel advances and maintaining a data base on excel. Fixed Asset tagging. Petty Cash.
