About the Program
This unique program is an opportunity to
connect both the Arabic and French
languages and provide insights into
Morocco’s rich culture and history. The
students will be completely immersed in their
respective languages and gain greater
insights into present-day Moroccan society.
Morocco, also known as “Al-
Maghrib” (the Western Kingdom), is the
western most country in the Arab World, with
over 12 centuries of rich history and UNESCO
World Heritage sites.
A beautiful multiculturalism with a
blend and melting pot of the Arab, Jewish, and
French cultures composes modern and
traditional Morocco. Its long history of Roman
invasions, Spanish Inquisition, Islamic
Conquests, and European Colonization, all of
which influenced its food, architecture, and
traditions, makes it a fascinating place to
explore. Morocco remains a very safe
destination for visitors and it is the most
visited country in Africa.
