Mary M Rydesky Is speed-to-completion what we want to teach? Or do we intend to improve knowledge, skills, & abilities? My goal is to bring learners to an 'ah-ha' moment, then to see them apply what they have gained in new knowledge, strucuture, and confidence! Engaging at all levels through a thought-provoking, systematic approach to training, coaching, & consulting, I create a map to personal and corporate change. Balancing enthusiasm, seriousness, & dedication to workforce development enables my audience to gain valuable skills for their jobs & achievement of career goals. Using experiential learning for interactivity, I guide learners in discovering “ah-ha's" through collaboration. Classroom training as well as online venues are equally comfortable for me. BIO Mary has developed online training solutions for companies as an internal & external consultant. She has a history of renewing client contracts as companies grow & change. As both an instructional designer & a professional facilitator & trainer, she consistently earns outstanding evaluation rankings from both learners & their supervisors. She has extensive skills in executive leadership & strategy development in small business, higher education, and complex, large organizations. She supports distance-delivered learning management systems as well as blended systems & seeks to eliminate page-turner online presentations that only motivate viewers to get through fast. Mary’s formal credentials include all-but dissertation credits in Management of Engineering & Technology; postgraduate degrees in business administration (MBA) & information science (MSLS), & a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Education, Communication Arts, & Psychology. Her most recent studies have been in social media, cyber security, & gamification. Mary has a rich history of supervisory, management & coaching experience in multiple industries, with technical skills in IT, human resources, marketing, & knowledge management.
