TESTIMONIALS

"Missoula is a key market for us,and advertising in the Independent reaches

our target demographic for skiers and snowboardersin the winter, and for those looking for a great

weekend getaway in the summer." ~Jessica Downing, Whitefish Mountain Resort

“Hide & Sole has been advertising in theMissoula Independent for over 20 years. Early on,

we really wanted to support a local alternativenewspaper and were very pleased when it changed

from a subscription-based newspaper to anadvertising-supported and FREE weekly newspaper. We advertise in the Indy every week, and see greatresults from our advertising and partnerships withthe organization and staff. I highly recommend that

others take a serious look at the advantages ofadvertising with the Missoula Independent.”

~Scott Sproull, Hide & Sole.

“Being a small local business in Missoulawith limited resources, I must trust the media

I work with to create and publish with my best interestsin mind. The fact that I’ve worked with Missoula Independent

for over a decade now shows the confidence and trustI have every week. Just recently we published

a new Happy Hour Special on Thursday and Saturday andwithin a couple of months I have had to increase staff to

keep up with our growing clientele. I am sure thatadvertising with the Indy directly contributed to the success

of our Happy Hour Special. The Missoula Independenthas shown me year after year that they are the

smart choice in advertising.” ~Chris Nagata, Sushi Hana

“With so many options out there to invest ourmarketing dollars, it can be difficult to know which of

them makes the most sense. Teaming with the Indy isn’tsuch a hard choice though. Their crew is professional,

responsive and pleasant to work with. And we watch GFScustomers grabbing the paper as soon as the new issue

hits our racks.” ~Layne Rolston, Good Food Store

“The Independent has been my main sourceof print advertising. I have gotten repeat business from the

consistency that this newspaper has provided to me over thepast few years. The staff is always accommodating and

professional. I would highly recommend using theMissoula Independent as your source

for print advertising as well!” ~Rochelle Glasgow, GRI, Prudential Missoula Properties
