VII. Meeting Proper:

NSM Stand/ polls

Plan of Admin: July 1- Intrams will start; Fiesta- Intrams will end(Intrams and Fiesta will be on the same semester)

They need a stand for each division. After a votation, the NSMSEC wants the Intrams to be held during the first semester while the Fiesta

will be held the following semester of school year 2013-2014.

NSMSEC shirt-color:dark green (Like the color of last years NSMSEC shirt)-Position and name would be put in the left side of the shirt

- NSMSEC logo will be embroidered; color- white

NSM Division shirt-Additional Incentives

Free t-shirt and free 2 movie passes (movie of your own choice)

-Suggestion: V-neck

Enrollment concerns/FAQS

Freshmen: April 2 June 9, 2013

Undergraduate: June 3 8, 2013

- Clarification on Probationary and Shifting system in NSMTwitter account

Advantage: Twitter can be accessed during school days in the campus Make it a point that our twitter account is informative c/o Issa Maslog

Deadline: April 15, 2013

SEC shirt, SEC ID, layout etc, promotional video, shoot

Schedule of shoot: first week of class (Saturday); promotional video Suggestion: new logo of NSMSEC c/o Issa Maslog Layout: c/o Omar, Aimarie, Maffy Promotional Video: Promotes the people in NSM.
