    modernization of both Taylor and WarrentonLimited resources require a focus on one project

    We recommend Taylor as the top priority project forthe following reasons

    Safety on Shirley AvenueParents, buses queue onto highway at drop off and dismissal

    Interior and exterior building deterioration is greater

    Accessibility is limited and student movement patternsare awkward

    Cafeteria and kitchen spaces are undersized andinefficient

    School parking is less than any other division schoolexcept Southeastern, creating a safety issue as peopleseek ways to maneuver into non-parking spaces
