spirituality and a desire to be free from a carnal mind (Rm

Partaking of the Supper helps me refocus my mind, at least
once a week, on the Gospel which must be kept in memory
(1 Cor 15:1-6).

cup (1 Cor 10:16).

We bring glory, honor, and pleasure to God when we have

yourself, God, & others that you are a faithful Christian (1
