1. Introduction
Wellcome to Magento Zoho CRM Integration by Magenest, the powerful sync tool
that automatically synchronize data from Magento stores to Zoho CRM.
Wherever someone buys your products in Magento, you've got the perfect opportunity
to followup with them and perhaps turn them into a repeat customer. But you'll need
an easy way to keep up with them in your Zoho CRM account.
Magento Zoho CRM Integration is the missing part. It can watch your Magento store for
new customers, sales, products and promotion campaigns, then add them to your Zoho
CRM account as contacts, leads, accounts, saleorders, invoices, products, campaigns
automatically. You may be able to choose what data you want to sync and view
the synced records in a report table.
With Magento and Zoho CRM working together, your sales and marketing teams
will be able to work far more efficiently. It helps you save your time because you
don't need to import data as manually. Let's relax and do anything you want while our
extension automatically synchronize data for you.

3. Product Lisence Agreement
This product is neither a freeware nor shareware. It is a commercially
licensed product.
Purchasing any pmodule from Magenest means you agree to the following clauses
(Agreement):
By purchasing the module you acknowledge that you have read this agreement
and that you agree to the content of the agreement and its terms, and agree to
use the product in compliance with this agreement.
We are the copyright holder of the product. The product or any portion of it is a
copyrightable matter and is liable to be protected by the law. Any activity that
infringes on the terms of this agreement or violates copyright law will be
prosecuted according to the current law. We reserve the right to revoke any
invalid license.
All our Magento extension are 100% open source .
You may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of
the module or documentation to anyone. You may not place the module on a
server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for
distribution purposes.
This agreement gives you the right to use only one copy of the product on one
Magento installation solely for your own personal or business use, subject to all
other terms of this agreement. A separate license must be purchased for each
new module installation. Any distribution of the product without our consent,
including noncommercial distribution is regarded as violation of this agreement
and entails liability, according to the current law.

4. Installation
4.1. Turn off Compilation mode
If compi lation mode in your Magento is enabled in your
Magento store, you have to turn i t of f , otherwise your store
and admin si te would be inaccessible after instal ling the
extension.
To disable Magento Compilation, go to System > Tools > Compilation.
Make sure you have backed up your Magento files and databases in case
things go wrong.
4.2 Turn on cache
You have to turn on your configuration cache to prevent early installation,
as it could be a reason of errors.
Go to System > Cache Management.

4.3. Perform the Installation
After purchasing and download the module's zip file, unzip it into a
directory of your choice.
We recommend using FileZilla to perform the installation via . Enter your
store's Host IP, Username and Password, then hit Quickconnect

You should refresh Magento's cache to provide Magento with the ability to
register a new extension.
To prevent an “Access Denied” error, you have to re-enter to the backend.
Log in with a full administrator account to get the new permissions.
Now you should check whether your website and your newly installed
module works as expected

5. Configuration
5.1. Generating Zoho Auth token
Method 1:
Using the format:
https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/nb/create?SCOPE
=ZohoCRM/crmapi&EMAIL_ID=Zoho CRM Username or
Email ID&PASSWORD=Your Zoho CRM Password
The generated output looks like this:
Method 2:
Just leave the Auth token field blank, it will be automatically
generated after you hit Save Config
However, it is important for you to clear active auth token after a
while. If the number of active auth token goes above 10, the
extension cannot function properly.
Click on your Profile picture at the top right corner, click on My
Account > Preferences > Sessions > Active Authtokens

5.2. Filling in necessary information
First, you need to log into Magento's backend site. Click on ZohoCRM Integration
> Configuration.
Fill in your email ID, password and auth token of Zoho
Choose fields that you want to sync and hit Save Config

5.3. Field mapping configuration
You can choose which data f ields you want to sync from Magento to
Zoho.
Click on ZohoCRM Integration tab > Field Mapping to view available
mappings
You can edit, export to CSV, change status for fields or delete fields.
To add new mapping, click on Add button then choose field mapping you
want to sync

1. Select Table: Select table that you want to sync
2. Magento Field: Select Magento data field
3. Zoho Field: Select Zoho data field
4. Status: Active or deactive this data field sync
5. Description: Describe this mapping
Then click on Save. Your field mapping will be included in the next sync.
To delete a mapping, click on Edit > Delete. Hit OK to confirm delete.

6. Features
6.1. When a new account is registered in Magento,
Zoho will automatically add a new record of this
account in Leads

7. Update
We will provide you with a new package of the module with bugs fixed and new
features installed. All you need to do is repeating the installing steps above with
FileZilla, all conflicting files will be overrided by the new ones.
Head to your store admin site and clear the config caches. Your newly upgraded
module should be working as expected.

Provide us with the sufficient and valid access parameters,

Obviously, we need an access to all tabs of our extension as well.
If the issue is related to particular customers, products or orders, we
also may need an access to the correspondent areas.
Provide us with the detailed description of the problem

Please specify any related rule, product, customer or order IDs so that
we could reproduce the issue quicker.
Let us know whether we can place test orders, create test rules,
blocks etc.
Provide us with important environment-related information.
External caching is in place, in this case, either disable any external
caching software, or provide us with the instructions how to clear it.
If you are running load-balanced server, make sure to provide us with
the access to all the involved servers.
In case any customizations had been implemented, give an outline on
the modified files.
Please note our time zone is GMT+7, so if we don't have the required
information immediately available, it may be in three days before we can gain
access to your site and resolve your problem.
Magenest does not keep your passwords on file after technical help or
installation but we recommend creating a temporary password for your
additional security.
