Anyone with Act-On SyncApps for Zoho CRM up and running can now see the complete story around your customers, leads, prospects, partners and subscribers.

1. Sign up for SyncApps. Create a New Sync Profile.

2. It's not required, but we recommend you check your Zoho CRM plan to make sure your API limits are sufficient to support all your company’s Act-On marketing automation needs. This will ensure your SyncApps profile will capture back all the contact/lead campaign metrics in real-time to Zoho CRM.

3. Then choose any Addons, set Custom Field Mappings and SyncApps schedule.
