Los Angeles capped off a nine-game homestand (5-4) with a 5-1 win last night over the Angels, the Dodgers’ ninth win in their last 11 games against the Halos. The Dodgers won two of three games in Anaheim last year and, dating to 2014, the club has won four of its last five games at Angel Stadium. With last night’s win, the Dodgers improved to 4-3 in Interleague Play this year. In addition to the Freeway Series, Los Angeles has split a two-game set at Tampa Bay and taken two of three from the Blue Jays in Toronto. The Dodgers return to their road slate tonight, where they’ve gone 11-7 and averaged 5.44 runs per game, the third-best in baseball. Los Angeles has hit .267 (175-for-655) on the road this year, including a .312 mark with runners in scoring position (53-for-170). BE LIKE MIKE: Mike Bolsinger (6-6, 3.62 ERA in 2015) will make his 2016 debut tonight after allowing two runs in 8.0 innings (2.25 ERA) in two rehab starts with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga and Triple-A Oklahoma City. The 28-year-old last pitched on May 12 for OKC at Round Rock, allowing three hits, walking three and striking out four in 4.0 scoreless innings (63 pitches). He suffered a left oblique strain on March 20 prior to a scheduled start and went 1-0 with a 2.00 ERA (2 ER/9.0 IP) in three Cactus League games (one start). To create room on the active roster after reinstating Bolsinger from the DL, the Dodgers optioned infielder Charlie Culberson to Triple-A Oklahoma City. Culberson made the Dodgers’ Opening Day roster and appeared in 15 games, batting .259 with two doubles and four RBI. K IS FOR KERSHAW: Clayton Kershaw continued his dominant May last night, striking out 11 in 8.0 innings of one-run ball to improve to 4-0 with a 0.82 ERA (3 ER/33.0 IP) in four May starts. It was Kershaw’s sixth consecutive start with at least 10 strikeouts while allowing no more than one walk, a modern MLB record, with the left- hander striking out 68 batters and issuing only two walks since April 21. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, no pitcher in the modern era (since 1900) has had that many strikeouts with that few walks in a six- start span. The closest was Curt Schilling, who struck out 69 batters and walked only four during a six-start span in 2002. REHAB UPDATE: Alex Guerrero (left knee) has gone 7-for-26 (.269) with a double, a homer and four RBI in six rehab games with Rancho Cucamonga and is expected to continue his rehab tonight with Double-A Tulsa. Hyun-Jin Ryu, who tossed 2.0 scoreless innings for Rancho on Sunday, is expected to make his second rehab start for the Quakes on Friday. SOCAL SHOWDOWN: The Freeway Series (1-1) shifts to Anaheim

for the first of two games at the Big A as the Dodgers open a five-game

road trip against the Angels and Padres. Los Angeles capped off a

nine-game homestand (5-4) with a 5-1 win last night over the Angels,

the Dodgers’ ninth win in their last 11 games against the Halos. The

Dodgers won two of three games in Anaheim last year and, dating to

2014, the club has won four of its last five games at Angel Stadium.

With last night’s win, the Dodgers improved to 4-3 in

Interleague Play this year. In addition to the Freeway Series,

Los Angeles has split a two-game set at Tampa Bay and taken

two of three from the Blue Jays in Toronto.

The Dodgers return to their road slate tonight, where they’ve
