Invited Instructor August 11-13, 2004 University of Michigan, Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) The course presented the first public-use release of the Early Head Start Research and Evaluation (EHSRE) Study, 1996-2001. These data were collected from about 3,000 program and control group participants, including children from birth to three years of age and their parents, to examine the impacts of the Early Head Start program. The evaluation was carried out in 17 Early Head Start programs, located in diverse communities across the United States.
