    From 2001 to Fall of 2014, the Lorain Learning Center atSt. Joseph Community Center has:

    Provided advising/enrollment services to more than 50,000

    people.

    Enrolled more than 14,000 students in 1,136 credit courses.

    Enrolled nearly 1,500 students in non credit courses.

    Provided space for workshops, seminars, meetings, freeclasses that have touched more than 25,000 people.

    Averaged more than 6,000 visits per year in the opencomputer lab providing the public with access to the Internet.

    Lorain City Schools was first school district to offer LCCC courses atthe high school (1995) through PSEO.

    LCCC and LHS share faculty when delivering courses at the highschool. Many teach at LCCC too.

    Lorain and Elyria City Schools joined with LCCC to create thesuccessful Lorain County Early College High School enrolling 280students through LHS with the majority earning 60+ college creditsand an associates degree.

    125LHS students participated in dual enrollment/PSEO in 2013-14. 5,697 college credits earned in 2013-14 by Lorain HS students

    through dual enrollment = Saving Families $677,943 in LCCC Tuition($2 million in savings at a public university)
