The Implementation of the Children and Families Act in Post 16. FE Post 16 LO Development Objectives1 – To establish a partnership with KCC and CHS to deliver mental health support for young people post 16 and develop specialist post 16 Art Provision for Complex and Sensory Needs. 2.TBAP –To establish ongoing provision post 16 for vulnerable young people at risk of exclusion post 16 and becoming NEET.

3.EHWLC – To support development of employment pathway through commissioning of Project Search in collaboration with EHWLC

4.CWC – Meet with staff at CWC to explore promoting their PMLD offer in collaboration with Special Schools.

5. Ongoing support for FE in implementing the CFA

6. ‘Transition Fair’ in October, 2015 to promote a range of provision to support Preparation for Adulthood agenda.
