R E G E N E R A T I O N

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is projected to be a major contributor to the capital’s economic growth over the next decade. There are five major developments in the pipeline.

The Old Oak (Park Royal) Opportunity Area is to be massively transformed after Old Oak Common was named as southern England’s main high speed rail station. Significant redevelopment includes new transport, social infrastructure, new housing and jobs around the new HS2 Rail link interchange.
