A VINIQUER dedica-se à produção de licores, vinhos, aguardentes, xaropes e outras bebidasespirituosas.

A Empresa nasceu da paixão do seu fundador, António Xavier pela área das vendas e das bebidas.Começou a trabalhar desde cedo nesta área para outras empresas, mas pela sua paixão edeterminação cedo criou a sua empresa em nome individual, e mais tarde a VINIQUER.

Esta caracteriza-se por ser uma empresa familiar, com 40 anos de experiência, onde os laços e aharmonia dos gostos e das formas de atuar geram interesses comuns entre os seus colaboradorese onde se verifica uma maior auto-exigência e auto-sacrifício em prol de um objetivo comum, eonde a tradição já se começa a fundir com a modernidade.

VINIQUER is dedicated to the production of liqueurs, wines, spirits, syrups and other spirits.

The Company was born from the passion of its founder, António Xavier for the area of sales anddrinks. He started working from an early age in this area for other companies, but because of hispassion and determination he soon created his own company, and later VINIQUER.

This is characterized by being a family business, with 40 years of experience, where the ties andharmony of tastes and ways of acting generate common interests among its employees and wherethere is greater self-demand and self-sacrifice in towards a common goal, and where tradition isalready beginning to merge with modernity.

O Sr. Xavier possui um pomar próprio de gingeiras, de onde são retirados os frutos para fazer osdiversos licores de ginja e mais precisamente o LICOR DE GINJA DE ALENQUER - RIBEIRANOVA.

A zona de Ribafria em Alenquer tem uma forte tradição no cultivo de ginja, proporcionando a estefruto uma acidez muito própria de forma a tornar este licor muito especial.

Mr. Xavier has his own orchard of sour cherries, from which the fruits are removed to make thevarious cherry liqueurs and more precisely the LICOR DE GINJA DE ALENQUER - RIBEIRANOVA.

The area of Ribafria in Alenquer has a strong tradition in the cultivation of sour cherry, providingthis fruit with its own acidity in order to make this liquor very special.

“RIBEIRA NOVA”SOUR CHERRY LIQUEUR

A referência ao cultivo da Ginja no concelho deAlenquer é muito antiga. O Padre João Bautista(doravante Baptista) de Castro, no seu livro"Mappa de Portugal", publicado entre 1745 e1758, fez referência às "Cerejas de Palayos" e às"Ginjas garrafaes de Alenquer".

Produto premiado com MEDALHA DEBRONZE pelo International Wines & SpiritCompetition.

The reference to the cultivation of the sourcherry in the county of Alenquer is very old. Inhis book "Mappa de Portugal", publishedbetween 1745 and 1758, priest João Bautista deCastro referred to the "Cherries of Palayos"and the "Sour Cherries bottles of Alenquer".

Este gin é uma edição especial da gama“Ribeira Nova”, marca já conhecida pelo seunotável “Licor de Ginja de Alenquer”. Nestegin, adicionou-se ao Zimbro, a Ginja produzidano concelho de Alenquer, o que proporcionou aeste, uma cor avermelhada, e um sabor frutadoespecial. A essência frutada e floral deste gin,deve-se à combinação da ginja com a laranja, ogengibre, o alecrim e o zimbro, oferecendo umresultado suave e requintado, exaltando opaladar e o olfato. Produto premiado comMEDALHA DE OURO pelo International CraftSpirits Excellence Award.

O Licor de ginja é obtido através damaceração do fruto "Ginja", um frutosemelhante à cereja e encontrado facilmenteem toda a zona oeste de Portugal. O licor deginja "Minalto" tem um forte sabor a fruto,sendo muito apreciado.
