January 31, 2016 Dear Parents/Guardians, We are honored by your decision to entrust Lancaster Catholic High School with the education of your child. Providing a quality, relevant and fulfilling education is a daunting responsibility which we take very seriously, and we pledge we will do everything in our power to validate the trust you have placed in us. Enclosed you will find important information regarding registration and scholarship for the 2016-2017 school year. Please complete and sign the enclosed Registration Form: Return it with the $150 registration fee by April 1, 2016. After March 1, 2016 the registration fee is $200. Financial aid is available for qualifying families. We are replacing PSAS used in the past with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment (FGAA). See the enclosed flyer with additional details. You can find the application on our website at www.lchsyes.org/FinancialAid. Please indicate on your Registration Form whether or not you will be applying for financial aid. Again, we emphasize that the Registration Form, registration fee, Home Language Survey and financial applications must be postmarked by April 1, 2016 in order for your family to remain eligible for aid. Enrollment Agreements will be mailed April 29, 2016. The tuition due and financial received will be stated on your Agreement. If you choose to not enroll your student in LCHS for the coming year, you must contact the Business Office by May 16, 2016 in order to have your registration fee refunded.
