Cognitive objectives: - to listen and pronounce correctly new items of vocabulary
Affective objectives: - to create a pleasant atmosphere in order to offer the background for easy conversation between teacher and students - to make students speak freely -to stimulate students speaking skills
INTERACTION: T- SsDIDACTIC STRATEGIES:Methods and procedures: explanation, elicitation, repetition, independent work, game, brainstorming, watching an audio-video recording in order for the Ss. to memorize some new vocabulary itemsMaterials and equipment: worksheets, blackboard, laptopOrganization: individual workLOCATION: the classroom

ASSUMPTIONS: I assume that students are not familiar with language
ANTICIPATED PROBLEMS: - the students might not be very cooperative; in this case the solution would be elicitation - being at a very young age and not knowing the Teacher, the students might be apprehensive. A possible solution to this would be to sing the song and create a pleasant atmosphere. - Some students might need further help and extra indications in solving the tasks and they may also need some of these indications to be given in Romanian. - managing to do all the proposed activities in 50 minutes or finishing earlier than expected. In the first case we can give them extra materials to work on. In the second case we can leave out some auxiliary activities.

The T. asks the Ss. To listen a watch a video containing the Greetings Song.
The T. repeats the words in the song and asks the class to join her by repeating each word after her. After this drills, the T. aks the Ss to listen to the song one more time and try to sing along.
As a reward the T. permits the children to play with the class toys.
