Introduction
Kristalia is a fit-out trade contractor that specializes in various styles of fit-out
projects. Our strong relationship with architect, consultant and client
combined with our expertise technical wing and professional staff offers a

cost-effective way of construction. Kriatalia is characterized by a

skilled manpower ensures timely and successful completion of the project.
The quality policy adopted by Kristalia on the project is to execute the work
in a cost effective way, according to the contract requirements and within the
agreed time frame. To achieve this objective, we are committed to:
Ensure that a Project Quality Plan is established, implemented and
maintained, in accordance with contract requirements. The Project
Quality Plan will be the apex document setting out the quality policy, the
organizational structure and the procedures, to ensure contract
requirements are satisfied.
Ensure that all personnel allocated to the project, including suppliers and
sub-contractors, are suitably qualified, skilled and experienced and are
aware of their responsibilities and role in executing this project.
Maintain honest and open communications, request clarifications when in
doubt and adopt a systematic approach, essential for the successful
execution of the project.
Continuous improvement in the quality system implemented on site through
regular review of quality objectives and by undertaking effective corrective
and preventive actions, as and when needed.
QA / QC Procedure:
The works during contract period shall be controlled through establishing a
Quality Control system to perform required inspections and tests of all the
works activities including those of the subcontractors, in accordance with the
requirements of the contract, drawings and technical specifications.
Quality plan shall be established and implemented, which shall include the
procedures, instructions, records, etc. covering the following:
1. Project Organization including the quality control organization chart
and qualification requirements of personnel.
2. Authority and area of responsibilities of the quality control personnel.
3. Document control.
4. Design & development.
5. Material Purchasing and control.
6. Construction control including process control and quality control
procedures.
7. Inspection and Testing.
8. Control of inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment.
9. Control of Customer Supplied Product.
10. Identification and Traceability.
11. Control of Non-Conforming products.
12. Handling & Storage.
13. Control of Quality Records.

Works
Co-ordination of Sub-contractors
There will be continuing liaison between the Kristalia Design team, Project
Manager and services design/contractors to ensure full and effective co-
ordination of the design and construction of the works.
Monitoring and Control of Works on Site
Continuous monitoring of the progress, quality of workmanship and costs
throughout the duration of the works on site will ensure that successful
completion is achieved. Alternative courses of action will be advised should
any problems be identified as matters progress.
Progress Reports
Progress reports will be issued to the Client on a regular basis and will
include anticipated final costs and any variation costs agreed as requested.
Practical Completion Inspection
In conjunction with other consultants, the completed works will be
inspected, a list of defective items will be issued and monitoring of the
rectification of those defects will continue following handover of the fitted
out space to the Client.
Final Account
Detailed information will be prepared in order to analyze all costs,
including variations in order to agree the final account immediately upon
completion of the works.
