List of mandatory spares required shall be provided by the bidders within the 3-year warranty period as “mandatory spare parts” and include such spares in the price schedules for the bid price.

Mandatory spares shall will be delivered to KPLC and warehoused by KPLC.

If KPLC wants the supplier to maintain spares then this becomes Recommended Spares in Schedule 6 that will not be considered as part of the bid evaluation.
