Solution• Sit in upright position• Knees lower than hips• Able to touch pedal without

stretching the leg• Keep both arm on steering

THE ROLLERCOASTER(LEAN FORWARD AND SIT UPRIGHT)

Common MSD symptoms

• Shoulder and neck pain, leg cramp and side ache.

Solution• Drive in relax situation.• Height of the back rest

reaches the shoulder.• Sit back more into the seat

for better back support.

THE MULTITASKER (FREQUENT TWISTING MOVEMENT)

Common MSD symptoms

• Feet cramp, pain in coccyx

Solution Adjust seat regularly Keep two hand on wheel

THE RACER (SEAT RECLINED WITH STRAIGHT LEGS)

• Side aches, lumbar pain

Solution Sit upright position Knee should not higher

than hips.

MINIMIZING RISK(DO’S)

Remove items from your pockets (wallets or keys)

Position items that you may need during your drive

Buckle up seat.

Adjust seat height to optimize your vision through the windows.

Adjust mirror after finish setting the seat height.

Support your back using a roll of small towel.

Knees should be lower than hips.

Adjust seat forward or backwards for better control of pedal.

Keep two hands on steering wheel unless changing gear.
