combines traditional sales processes with future-

is tapping into itelligence’s 30-plus years of SAP
expertise. In close cooperation with the IT service
provider, the previously used CRM solution was
replaced and a new system landscape was created,
exceeding all requirements for a future-oriented
solution.
A new sales cycle was established through data
transfer from the old system and on the basis
of best-practice processes. As a result of the fast
implementation, KLAFS now benefits from
preconfigured sales processes that deliver much
greater efficiency. A 360° view of customers is just
one of many advantages. With regard to key sales
activities such as generation of leads and recording
of opportunities and customer orders, the manual
workload has been reduced to a minimum. In
addition, cloud technology ensures automatic
incorporation of the latest features.
Finger on the Pulse – Making Customers’
Hearts Beat Faster Now and in the Future
The cloud-based application not only enables
collaborative teamwork, but also ensures efficient
processes in Sales & Marketing. Now, sales projects
are worked on jointly and maximum transparency is

now conduct the global rollout of the processes
independently and successively. The locations in
Austria and Switzerland are the main beneficiaries
of the new functions. The future upgrade from the
Professional to the Enterprise Edition will make the
sales process even smarter. AI-based functions
beyond the front office will then support the field
staff’s sales activities. That’s how sales works these
