To be a King; Act like a King!
This message is for men .only . . . particularly men who haven't selected a Christmas present i for his Queen.
Know what your wife really wants this year? A recent survey shows that an electric clothes ( dryer is a woman's most wanted appliance. Small wonder! It enables her to dry the fam-ily's washing anytime; even on these cold, rainy days. With an electric clothes dryer, she can "waltz through" washday. Sure beats hanging the wash up in the kitchen or bath!
(NOTE TO WIVES: For effective Christ-mas hinting, post this message in a conspic-uous location!)

It never touches a drop. The Volkswogen is cooled by oir. Not water. An ingenious advantage. Since oir cannot freeze, the Volkswagen en-
gine cannot. Even or temperatures below zero, it is safe and sound.
The VW hos no radiator problems for on elo-quently simple reason.
It has no radiator. Viz: It never needs anti-freeze. It never needs
flushing out. There is no radiator hose to crock and leak and possibly lose expensive onti.freeze.
When drivers l.ne up lor anti-freeze etc. on the first bitter winter day. the VW owner is spared the onnoyofce.
No t to mention the expense. The Volkswagen has an equal advontoge if l^ot
weather. ^ Air cpnnot boil any more thon it can freeze. Neither con the VW.
• % In bumpe'r-to-bumper troffic, when tempers ond woler grow shor>, when cors sit at the side of the road wailing to cool, the little Volkswogen goes right on past.
It is above it all. Riding on air . ( V Y A

Like you, I want my family to go first-class...
and that means electric heating" Next time you get down on the Door wi th your • kids — ask yourself a l ew questions:
Do you feel a draf t?
Is the floor coldf
Are there warm a r e a s . . . cold areas?
If you 'can- answer "no" to each of these Questions, then you've already got
electric heating. You know t h e advan-tages of Individual room temperature control. And you've heard your wife remark how much cleaner everything Is, especially the walls and furniture.
All this Is what w e mean by "going first-class — electrically." And when you go first-class electrically all the way enjoy total electrle living — y o u r ra te goes as low as 1 V»» per kilowatt hour.
