REFLECTION

How can we "prove" to others that Christ is risen from the dead? Our nourishment for that task comes from the Scriptures, preaching, teaching, personal witness, liturgical celebrations etc. – ways we can help a modern doubter like Thomas come to know Christ. Today’s passage affirms that people come to believe in the Risen Christ through their experience of the believing community, people like us.

So we ask ourselves:

How does my life reflect the risen Christ?

What and who help me grow in my role as a witness to the resurrection?

REFLEXIÓN ¿Cómo podemos "demostrar" a otros que Cristo ha

resucitado de entre los muertos? Nuestro alimento para esa tarea proviene de las escrituras, la

predicación, la enseñanza, el testimonio personal, las

celebraciones litúrgicas, etc. – maneras en las que

podemos ayudar a un increyente moderno como

Tomás a conocer a Cristo. El pasaje de hoy afirma

que la gente viene a creer en Cristo resucitado a través de su experiencia de la comunidad creyente,

gente como nosotros.

Entonces nos preguntamos:

¿Cómo refleja mi vida a Cristo resucitado?
